You requested for level 5. Here you go! Warning: This workout routine is hardcore, and this workout routine is never meant to be “fun” or that kinda “good wo. It’s a 30 minute killer workout with high-intensity moves so some of you may need to consult your physician to know if you can perform this type of training.

  • This was the first workout in awhile I almost had to pause. When dude switched it up a bit I thought I was outta the woods with the lunge jumps…then there was that last set of them that popped up and I was cursing the dude hahaha. Not sure how I only burned 300 cals cuz this was completely miserable which makes it a keeper.

  • Rolled out of bed this morning and SMASHED it. At first I thought round 2 of 3 Left was the final round (silly me not paying attention) and gave it my all, then I realised there were 3 more parts to go, and by the end I couldn’t see because of the sweat in my eyes.   • I have an auto immune disease, and due to this, I had no use of my right arm for over 5 years, and I am supposed to be in a wheelchair by now!
    I fought so hard, and regained use of my right arm, and I have managed to stay out of a wheelchair thus far!
    I have been doing 4 of Christa Dipaolo’s workouts on popsugar alternatively, 5 days a week, for several weeks now, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for your amazing workouts, as they are so fantastic for the mind and body connection, which is extremely important for my conditon ❤

  • Christa! You are just plain amazing! This is the first workout I did until the very end!! I used to struggle with other workouts because you do need a lot of stamina to do them. But yours! are just amazing and in a playful mode!!

  • Haven’t worked out for years. Went through the whole 30 minute set. But, after around 13 minutes, started taking 40 second breaks instead of 20. Can ramp up the intensity, but happy to do the whole set on day 1. Sweating buckets though, phew!

  • Hi guys, this is a really great workout. Here is a small piece of advice from me to all of you strong and beautiful people, if you find an exercise really hard to do try to replace it with an easy one but don’t stop working out and wait for the next one. For me, Toe touches and Tricep dip kicks are really hard so I try to replace them with Russian twist and donkey kicks. I hope you find this helpful and I want whoever is reading this to know that you are such a wonderful human being, keep going and know that you are loved and appreciated. When you don’t feel like working out or feel really low just get up and workout because it’s a slow process, but quitting won’t speed it up. Think of your workouts as important meetings you’ve scheduled with yourself. Bosses don’t cancel. Consistency can be harder when no ones is clapping for you. You must clap for yourself during those times, you should always be your biggest fan. Results happen over time, not over night. Work hard, stay consistent and be patient. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

    I am a teen girl who is currently battling anxiety and PTSD from my abusive Dad, and strangely enough my therapist and doctor recommended cardio and cardio kickboxing as a way to calm myself whenever I am having flashbacks or feel an anxiety attack coming on.
    Besides helping me stay calm, it has really boosted my confidence, toned my body, and helped me build muscle and was one of the main workouts that helped me loose 50 pounds in 2019! Thank you again!!!

Will doing this workout help me or should I start from something less intense? I do like Hiit workouts, but I’m not sure if my knees do (cracking sound when I get up).   • Umm I used to eat only the amount of 400 cals a day and drink water when I felt a bit hungry and also I worked out like 2030 mins a day, it works but DONT DO IT it really weakens you and it ain’t a good way to lose weight

  • I work out 6 days a week and 3-4 of those days are running 6-9 miles. However, I can’t do this work out. All the ground to feet so fast makes me light headed and I feel like I’m going to faint.:(

  • I have worked out with 5-6 videos of yours… Excercises are great but what I have found is all the excercise are same in almost all the videos

  • I’m doing this as soon as I’m not sick. My mom told me no working cuz I need to save energy. Maybe that’s true cuz I’m on my period and I usually wake up at 6 and exercise 40 minutes 6 days a week. I’m 13 so maybe that’s too much. But I love working out I like the feeling of accomplishment it gives me.
