  • How to get fit:

    Step 1: Have friends
    Step 2: Live in Australia
Step 3: Have fun with friends in perfect weather and awesome adventure-scapes

    Got it!

  • I’m 16 years old and I’ve been struggling to reach a fitness lifestyle. One day, I would go for it, the next day, I’m craving for a cookie. One more thing is my parents eat crap. Your videos inspire me a lot and I like that you and your friend both have a healthy lifestyle.

  • Just wanted to say I’ve literally become obsessed with your channel. You inspire me to make myself better and you’re one of my biggest motivations. Thank you for the food inspo on almost every vlog. I’ve watched so many of your videos and I love watching how you change and adapt but stay the same at the same time. Also have watched your videos so much sometimes I say things the way Australians say them (i.e. coriander vs cilantro ) DON’T CHANGE SEZZY UR AWESOME. Can’t wait to see your project!

  • @SarahDay I just discovered your channel and I LOVE everything about it. Thank you for being so down to earth and real. I think I’v watched about 15 of your videos in the last 3 days. I’m really enjoying your fitness and food topics!

  • Random question from a non-Australian: we hear a lot about all the poisonous and dangerous creatures that live in Australia…..do you ever actually encounter any? In BC Canada we have to be somewhat aware of things like ticks, stinging jellyfish, cougars, bears, wolves etc but most people don’t ever have an issue. Just wondering about all the things like spiders, snakes, scorpions, sharks, and so on that everyone ‘warns’ you about in Australia!! haha

  • I thought, oh to be a gorgeous, carefree Aussie girl like everyone in this vid. Then I thought, wtf are sealice? And what, a leech? Nope. Lol.

  • omfggg watching that leech just crawl around on your camera whilst youre looking for it and holding the camera near your face girll nawwwww

  • Such a Virgo gal! You’re amazing girl. Keep your head up and fuck if others dont agree with what you do. You’re such an inspirational figure <3

  • Australia is gorgeous! I loved the underwater part of the video you should do more of that. It’s a bit harder to go swimming in the sea when all you have is the North Sea and it’s freezing lol

  • i thought of how the whole walk through the bush i would be so scared and aware of some dangerous animals like spiders and snakes and the scream

  • Hey miss lady! I have been wrestling around with the idea of getting a work visa and spending a few months over in AUS. I was going to email you my questions but wasn’t sure if sending it to your business email was very fitting so….
What cities would you recommend for a not so wealthy, single lady to stay/look into working? Are there any areas you are aware of that are easy to snag coffee or serving jobs?

  • “Tell her to be there at 12 if you want her there at 11”.. What Sez? .. when words just aren’t doing the things to make the sense

    Love you lots!!!

  • Every time I see the number of dislikes on Sarah’s videos and I think “Who are these people… HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE HER!!?” lol. Sarah’s followers = fierce hyenas. These videos actually brighten my day so much <3

  • Sarah I can’t even tell you how genuine I am when I say this; I’ve always wanted to get fit but never found the motivation or always made excuses. Ever since I saw your videos I have been going to my local park almost everyday to go running (which I found out I actually like doing), I take some spin or tabata classes with my sister at her gym. I shop for more foods that my body body needs not the ones my sugary mind wants, I have found one of my favorite healthy alternative snacks that I am obsessed with! And i just wanted to say thank you for your videos (: I watch them all the time when a new one comes out to get some tips and tricks that I can improve. Love you!

  • Love this video Sezzy, i did the stair sprints today and just about died haha. My knees were so sore doing it, they felt like they had no strength in them at all. How do i build the strength in them so that stair sprints don’t hurt?????

  • Her videos always inspire me and make me want to get outside and live a more active and healthy lifestyle! I just wish I had people in my life that like to be active as well like she does because I end up doing everything by myself which sometimes gets a little old.

  • I recently cancelled my gym membership to save some money and was looking for some fun things to do to stay active soo perfect timing for the video!! <3

  • I recently run into your blog, by coincidense and I’ve been obsseeeesed with your videos the past few days (for real, not a stalker lol) but seriously you’re so cool, and have such a nice vibe, and also gave me good ideas for my workouts hahaha. So yeah, keep up the good work, and greetings from a venezuelan viewer!:D

  • I’m flabbergasted there are barely comments, much more? Videos such as these have had comments disabled. With that being said, Beautiful lady, easy going workouts and yeah, WOW.

  • Its perfect but its fine that is no gym outdoor, but you still need stair, hills, and pullups? Where? For me, that I have ourside nothing ist just fine sprints in shorter time intervals and maybe push ups and this exercises. For your training I need absticols and another staff:(

  • Sarah, this video was so helpful already and had a great message!:)
I admire you and your lifestyle! I really need your help and your positive attitude! Can you PLEASE make a Video on “How to Change your way of eating/your diet into a healthy diet and how to change into a fit and healthy lifestyle” where you explain how to get started step by step so that your body gets used to healthy food and fitness to maintain that lifestyle and have fun with it!
That would be sooo awesome! Thank you Sazzy

  • Sarah, I just discovered you channel a few days ago and I’m already addicted to your videos! Could you do a video about your stretching routine if you have one:) You’re so flexible, and maybe a lot due to your ballerina background, but I would really appreciate some tips from you. Lots of love from Brazil XX

  • Yes, it’s so easy to say that you don’t need a gym to to keep yourself fit when you leave in Australia and also with the ocean by the corner

  • i LOVE this! an active life outside of gym workouts is so important to me! i love doing early fasted dog walks and walking 5-6-7km and hiking and making sure im standing and moving a lot throughout the day

  • wish I had active friends like that too!! Maybe we should move to Australia where the people and places have more healthy options haha

  • I loved this video, the idea of it and just how much fun you were having with your friends and family. It’s so nice to see an Australian girl so into her health and fitness and sharing that with everyone. very motivating

    Thank you:D <3

  • This video made me smile so much!! I love the ways you were active with your friends and family and I really should do this more often as well. Thanks for always being such an inspiration Sarah<3

  • I am trying to go dairyfree do you have any tips or pointers for me? Also do you still eat ice cream every once in a while or do you choose the vegan ice cram? Summer is right around the corner here in the USA and all of my friends love to go get ice cream so its hard being dairy free. Btw I love you and your channel so inspiring!!!

  • I asked my best friend to do that stair run exercise with me and she just looked at me and checked my temperature with the back of her hand

  • Hey Sarah! I’ve got a question that’s been bugging me for a while now. My current aim is to reduce my body fat percentage so I control my calorie intake (1600 per day to get rid of that belly fat!) but apart from leaning out, I would also like to build muscle, especially in the booty area. However, as far as I know, in order to achieve that you need a calorie surplus! So my question is, should I lose weight first and then focus on building muscle and increasing calorie intake, or should I just abandon 1600kcal diet and go straight to body building? I hope you reply! Thank you for inspiring me! Greetings from Poland:)

  • I definitely prefer being active outside but I know without a gym membership I wouldn’t get exercise on the not so nice days! It isn’t as nice everywhere as it seems to be in Australia…weather wise:) Loved to see you getting some exercise with your family!

  • I really love your fun and bubbly personality plus your videos are always amazing! Anyone new to youtube and want to support each others channel?

  • Really like the these outdoor workouts how would you lke to do these workouts and get paid!! download the sweatcoin app sweatco.in/hi/derek651514

  • What is the world is SEA LICE?!? Never heard of that in America; sounds horrible!:o Also, wondering if our leeches are the same? I always got leeches when I was kid after playing in the river, they would “stick” to your skin and suck your blood. Is it the same in Australia too?

  • Sea lice, “bush”walk, and leech from the walkI’m learning so much from this one video . I’ve never heard of sea lice before so I’m kinda excited to search it next
