Well, here are 20 rebuttals to the starry-eyed naturalist. An ode to the indoors — and all the ways you just can’t beat it. Indoors doesn’t honk.

Indoors doesn’t rain. Indoors protects from bugs. Indoors means no bug spray, no sunscreen and no silly hats. Indoors removes distractions. Indoors offers focal points.

Great Ways to Work Out Indoors. He says 15-20 minutes per session is all you really need to stay strong: “Don’t worry about how many sets. Make it short, sweet, and intense.”.

It doesn’t take magic to know that working out makes you look better on the outside. But scientific research adds that it also makes us feel better about ourselves on the inside. So here are 31 reasons to get, or stay in great shape: 1. Reduces Cholesterol 1. Regular exercise has been proven to reduce “bad” cholesterol levels (LDL) and increase “good” cholesterol (HDL) 2. Sleep Better 2. Exercise can help you sleep better. People who exercise tend to fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. 3. Improves Self.

Getting outside can help you escape the stress of work or school. Stress can tear up a healthy mind and immune system. High levels of stress at work and school are associated with depression, obesity, and high blood pressure. Stress is unhealthy when not managed properly.

I couldn’t make decisions and I wasn’t keen to get out of bed.” We don’t all need to move to beautiful places like Boulder — there are good reasons for many of us to live in bigger cities. Now, some people may be wondering why parents let their kids stay indoors if playing outside is so much better. Some parents are worried about picking up germs outside.

Studies have found that the concentration of some pollutants is often two-to-five times—and sometimes more than 100 times— higher indoors than outdoors. The California Air Resources Board also estimated that indoor air pollutant levels are 25-62 percent higher than outdoor levels. 2. Rosacea. Although the precise causes of rosacea are unknown, it has been proven that exposure to sunlight is a contributory factor.

The condition, which is characterised by enlarged capillaries and redness on the skin, can be very embarrassing and, for some people, very painful, so it’s a very good reason to shade your face with a hat when you are out in bright sunlight. Despite the outbreak of COVID-19, people aren’t staying indoors. That makes life more difficult for the elderly and the sick.

Social distancing and limiting trips to essentials helps those who.

  • Unfortunately no matter how light footed I am, living in a 19th century tenement it’s going to sound like a herd of elephants for my downstairs neighbour

  • I love that king of video. For making it a little more challenging, sometimes I switch walking for a step! I definitely want more like this!

  • You made my day I’m thickerI used to be fat or I used to look at my pictures when I was fat and I like so if it was found then I took a picture of me and I know this I will skinny

  • The excersises workout your abs although it will give you more ab definition it doesnt reduce body fat and even if your abs look good it will never show with a high body fat

  • It’s very weird, but I used to do those crazy HIIT workouts where you’d constantly injure yourself doing crazy high impact moves and since switching to these I’ve noticed my back and thighs have become less bulky. Which is what I wanted. I feel the HIIT was doing too uch progressive over load in areas I don’t want to make larger-really my bum is the only place I’m working on making larger LOL. So while you do have to workout longer to have the same caloric burn a a cardio replacement, I do feel it’s less stressful on your body and therefore more doable. I mean if you injure yourself you’re less likely to work out. So even on bad days during allergy season-where I can hardly breath, or on my ‘time of the month’, I can still do something that makes me feel like I’m maintaing my fitness/gainz and emotional stability.:). But yes, I would like to see maybe a 40 mins one with longer strength training intervals, simple moves, nothing crazy that way everyone can still do it, but go at their own pace!

  • Thanks, tough workout! Did it this morning, so I can still go out this afternoon for my #oneaday afternoon stroll in the sunshine with t’other half. Win win!:-)

  • I am gonna do this everyday because I wonna lose 10 kg in one month because I want come back to school slim and fit this is so hardI am gonna just eat one meal a day God with me

  • I actually could not wait to use the fat loss program. This has given me enjoyment. My own close friend lost 10 pounds soon after this specific weight loss program. My good friend has reduced 10 lbs by now due to this weight loss program. Find a right program is not easy, you can research on Google. Guide’s name is under.

  • Hey There! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Custokebon Secrets? I have heard several great things about it and my work buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • If you think you have no motivation to lose fat then remember that I’m an asian kid who eats rice twice a day and I’m not allowed to change my diet or my quantity of eating.

  • I really like this video! I’m unable to do cardio at this time, but I can do those exercises you showed. I need to get rid of some belly fat, and I’ve been slowly trying to change my diet. I need to cut out TV dinners and eat more protein. Thank you again for sharing this with us!

  • With a near 100% survival rate, I will take the risks. Sorry.

Also, masks dont do anything to reduce the spread of a virus. Sorry, again.

  • I am doing all these for 4 months. But no results! I don’t know if my diet is not good but i try very hard to lower my calories. But still not working!

  • Please book your coronavirus pills or find a patient who will agree to transmit his virus for free.
Wonderful these “infection clusters”. Unfortunately there are NOT ENOUGH OF THEM. Everyone struggles to find positive-tested among relatives, neighbours, etc.

Let us hope that finally and very soon pharmacies will have received the long-overdue coronavirus pills (in cheap generic drug, reimbursed by the Health Insurances), so that everyone can at will become positive as soon as possible and thus be able to finally end-up immune (after a short period feeling sick) without the enormous risk associated with a future vaccine-poison, expensive and ineffective. Old peoples are not obliged to take them because they are somewhat more at risk, in case of ancillary morbidity conditions.

According to statistics from the Italian Ministry of Health, a country heavily affected by coronavirus, deaths from coronavirus are 99% for the chronically sick, smokers, diabetics, cardiac, old age, or having several of these factors at the same time.

Again, book your coronavirus pills at your local pharmacy, because there may be a rush in the first days and weeks, or find a patient who will agree to transmit the virus for free.

  • I got tested on July 14 2020 and I have NOT got my result till I am writing this comment which is July 24 2020. I live in Bay Area and my Insurance is with kaiser which I thought would be better in present scenario but 10 days of no result and God forbid if I turns out positive now, I already must have infected atleast few people because I had to go out after couple of days staying indoors to get me food. Thoroughly disappointed with the system

  • Thank you! I really enjoyed this and looking at it first I thought I was too easy and wouldn’t have me burning fat. But after, I was to say, simple but very effective. Thanks once again!

  • As expert, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets is good way to lost crazy amounts of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? maybe it can work for you too.

  • What do I do if I’m physically incapable of doing one of the exercises. Do I do it the best way I can or do I just not do it at all. For example the the tricep dips I can’t lift myself off the ground.

  • This was a great workout.

What’s a way to get going with the Russian twists? I just can’t get my legs off the ground and do the twist side to side.

  • Haven’t done much strength work recently so found this quite challenging! In particular those jumping lunges once I got past the first round I was lucky if I could do a regular lunge without falling over!

  • When she said “you have successfully done the workout”.. I was like .. OMG I’m done! .. I feel like I’m one step closer to a super model body now ..

  • Isn’t it sad that, that nice lady has to be told and accept she has unconscious bias!!!
Even though she doesn’t. She has to accept she goes. Worlds crazy.

  • I’m an aspiring sprinter for the future, came about this session aimlessly scrolling through workouts. I used this session to get myself fit for other workouts that will be sent to me by my coach and I just found out I’m not as ready as I thought I was but with this session and many more from your channel, i”ll hopefully be ready for my main workouts. BTW I loved it and yes I was dripping.
