  • I don’t think you can use this video effectively for exercising. Yeah maybe the exercises itself are good, but there are way too many ads and the rests are not the same (because of cuts)

  • Thank you for this well done video with clear instructions. This, for me, would be quite challenging, and that’s a good thing:D I am trying to do things now that I do not have access to a pool because of the lockdown in my country. Thanks so much.

  • Hey, high school swimmer here. I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my knees lately during squats and lunges. Do you have any tips on how to fix it or any adjustments I can make to this workout to avoid injuring my knees?

  • You have one of the best techniques I’ve ever seen in Les Mills Combat instructors. Your body is really into it, bravo!

  • Some facts about Kru Muay Association The Kru Muay Association originated from the separation of the amateur Muay Thai from the professional Muay Thai. This division pursued the goal to have Muay Thai recognized as an Olympic discipline by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). A project that has not been successful until today. The officials of professional Muay Thai would like to have nothing to do with Kru Muay. For them this club is only a necessary evil. If you take a closer look, you will notice that all the so-called traditional teachers of the Kru Muay Thai Association have simply appointed each other as teachers and are now worshipped by wealthy foreigners once a year. The whole association is very political, but has less fighting competence than an average boxer in Rajadamnern Stadium or a Buakauw (who is a Cambodian and not a Thai by the way). Despite comprehensive state support, the Kru Muay Association still has no coherent teaching concept for traditional Muay Boran and Muay Thai is still not Olympic. • Super Nice to be moving! Only one thing…. do you not stretch afterwards? I just feel like it’s as important as warm up and especially to people (like myself) that isn’t the best of shape to end the session with stretching really good so no injuries will come…

  • I hate working out and barely do it. I have been trying to find a workout that I enjoy for years and have not. I do not know why it had never occurred to me to try something like body combat or kickboxing since I used to practice martial arts as a team. However, I accidentally came across this workout, completed it and loved it. Will definitely be doing it again. I am currently at 145 pounds and I am 5‘4“, According to my Apple Watch I burned a total of 290 cal during this work out.

  • The title says a twenty-minute workout, but she verbally says thrity to thirty-five minutes. The video length is twenty-two minutes. Does it just cut off without a slow down?

  • Squats and push ups for a warm up??? Should warm up more the hip articulation before that and increase the hear beat having more blood pumping through the muscles than that. Also, and then too many exercises for the legs and chest, little for the big muscles groups in the back which is what swimming exercises the most. What kind of training is this?

  • Great work out. Tough but really enjoyable once done. Liked how it was easy at start and gradually got harder. Just like swimming!

  • Who else caught the caddy question to Anna at the end about being done and stretching. Notice the other 2 look at each other and smirk. Smh We love Anna and popsugar. Shes great.
