  • Hey Daniel, I’ve just bought kettlebell to do your workouts. Till now I’ve only have been doing the HIIT no equpipment ones. This was the first kettlebell workout and I love it. I plan to do all of them!

  • I love it, well produced. Too bad you don’t have any more vids posted. Just finished this workout and added to my rotation. Thanks for this upload.
This is the quality I would pay for to have full set of videos. And I have been through hours of kb videos by now.

  • This is by far the BEST kettlebell video on YouTube. I loved it. I have been doing KB’s on and off for years and this video has given me so many more ideas. You three on this video are amazing. Thank you for posting this. I’m doing ALL of these exercises from now on. Just what I need

  • Lovely Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Parlandealey Melted Fat Process (google it)? It is an awesome one off product for learning how to lose fat with an amazing kettlebell workout without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got amazing success with it.

  • Hi Amy I love this work out however I find I can’t bend my right leg back and do that knee bends for some reason it is too painful any alt ideas? Thanks

  • All I have is a 15 pounds KB. I know I can go heavier, but it’s easy taking it slow. I can do a 34 pound kb swing, but that means I have to push really hard if I am to do these workouts! kb swings sure are costly!:).

  • This is a nice work out. I use it after I do insanity max 30. Keeps the cardio up and boosts cal burn off. You got a push real hard throughout. Palace of pain or you don’t gain.

  • Amy, I am just getting started again to regain my fitness and loved this 20 minute workout. Your instructions are easy to follow and you keep up a nice pace all the way through. Awesome job.

  • I have been doing this workout for several weeks. I can’t always get 3 in each week but I am a consistent jogger and I participate in advanced group fitness. This kb workout has taken my results past the plateau. My back, core and arms are showing more results and my metabolism is out the roof for a while after I am done! I like it!

  • I love your workouts! Staying home with a toddler myself, it’s hard to find videos that I actually enjoy and want to go through to the end. You are motivating, but not annoying! Thank you!

  • I like your style of treaching/training! It’s light and fun!
I started doing kettle bell last week and loving it!
    Burning wit those lounges!

  • Just did your video for the first time, I wanted to switch things up and this really helped anytime I get bored of the routine I check out videos on YouTube and it helps! So thanks!

  • Hi Amy! This was amazing!
But I get a really bad spasm and liwer back ache first 10 mins into the workout. I’m using 8 kg kettlebell but switched to a 5kg dumbell after the pain. I’m keeping my core tight and back straight.
    What am I doing wrong?

  • Hey! I love this vídeo!
    It’s awesome!
    Where is the other!
    I’m looking for this too:

  • What a pity that this guy only released one video and then disappeared. Really, really great stuff. Lat’s hope he’ll return some day to upload more content.

  • damm this is just great.. i`m going trough a massive depression, but this can make you feel like new again..i can even keep up with her…mayor victory on my side:D..thnx Amy..

  • So every time I watch a kettlebell video they tell you different ways to do the kettlebell swing. This guy says not to bend at the hips but to squat, others say it is not a squat almost like a deadlift. What is correct???

  • Omg..your kettle workout is fantastic..i did curse you out..i did all the rounds..i will send a pic of my results..i have done it all..diets..pills.have all the dvds..nothing worked..im menopausal at 55yrs old..i did noticed after i did the rounds.i was hungry..healthy meal..

  • Loving these work outs, really throwing myself into them and hoping to see some good results. Teamed with healthy eating and daily exercise

  • I like the fact that you have a timer, you dont talk and you execute correct. Straight to the point. Very nice video.

The music could have been better.

  • I am going to do this exact workout tomorrow with a 27.5 pound kettlebell. My mountain bike is in the shop so I am taking a biking break by default. Workout looks awesome. Take care and best wishes.

  • Only managed the 20 mins today. Struggled to get out of bed this morning. Without your workouts (& my gorgeous dog) I think I would’ve spent the whole of furlough in bed, with the duvet over my head . Feeling much better now, thanks Joe. Off for my 10k walk with the dog to keep the fat burning going

  • Great workout I’ve been teaching KB for years and I really enjoyed the some of the combos love learning new exercises..
    Thank you, smiles

  • Thanks for this Joe, have been using kettles in your daily PE sessions and came to this today to fill the gap! Please can we have some more kettlebell workouts perhaps 25/30 minutes-especially liked incorporating some of your cardio and abs moves for variety!! Cheers Lou x

  • Loved doing this. I did one of your 20 mins HIIT after. I would love to see some longer workouts. Like maybe 45 mins in total including warm up and cool down

  • Daniel, thanks for this, I struggled with the medicine twist as my kettlebell was too heavy (20Kg). Would using a 25lb dumbbell be a good replacement to do the twists?

  • I\’m not sure but,if anyone else wants to uncover kettlebell exercises kettlebell workouts try Renkarter Bell Fitness Report (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

  • Wow! That was a great workout! I’m a begginer but it was easy for me to do it with a 7.5 kg KB (16.5 lb). Considering the heavy weight of the KB, do you think I should give my muscles a day for recovery or that as cardio, I can do it on daily basis? What do you think?

  • This was probably the best Kettlebell workout I have found on YTube.

Why? Well, funny you should ask ;-]

1, the video shows what you will be doing next, which allows the brain to prepare for the exercise, then after the rest period you can get straight into the workout., front and side views, always good.

2, these intervals are achievable, though this is a matter of personal choice depending on ones own fitness, so can be adjusted as necessary.

3, the pace is good too, form rather than speed.

4, I can understand what MMotivator is saying, clear, concise instructions.

5, this guy really is interested in ‘you’… making sure you entirely understand what you should be doing…. so many fitness coaches out there are not about helping, rather than showing off what they have achieved, how muscly they are… not this guy.

6, good quality video, good info.

    Thanks 😉

  • Enjoyed that. What I really like is that you don’t pretend it’s a walk in the park for you. Nice to hear you grunting along with us! When trainers don’t, 2 sets in and you’re like ‘Oh f off…I’m done:)

  • Why didn’t do this sooner, i love exercise but have a very busy lifestyle and exercise mainly for my mental health and was struggling to find the time to go the gym after work and also fit my study time into my schedule. So i woke up one day and gave this a try, bought myself some weights and a mat and now 4 time a week at 6.30am i get up and do one these amazing workouts, thanks jo x

  • Such a fantastic, efficient workout. I want to thank you so much as I am in Melbourne and we are in hard lockdown due to covid. This has allowed me to keep driving towards my fitness goals while not being able to have the luxury of a gym and just my home space to workout in. Loved that you did it alongside. Highly recommend this.

  • Nice One thanks Joe! Keep them coming, I love KettleBells…I held mine for Catapult SitUPs touching the KB to the floor above my head then between my feet…with CONTROL! HA Ha! Cheers..

  • Man these workouts are perfect for people that don’t have a lot of time to go to a gym and have to do them at home. Just did this workout and I’m drenched in sweat.

  • Pretty sure I saw Jesus by the end of this workout >_< But I didn't go into the light! Whew, definitely will be coming back. Not a lot of time, but EFFICIENT!

  • Awesome workout! I was looking fir a good kettlebell routine with instructions. I subscribed to your app as I can cast in on my TV and the variety is great!

  • Great short workout! Love your kettlebell workouts.. much better than another popular fitness channel that I follow. Please do more… had to use lighter kettlebells than expected. which shows the importance of mixing up my routines as it challenged me in new ways. Also completed foundation programme for April as getting back to fitness after birth of my baby. It was great! Really looking forward to doing the other programs now

  • This is really advanced. I can guess that the instructors are taking breaks between exercises, so not sure how well anyone can keep up at their pace. It’s also bad practice to just randomly call for extra reps. It’s annoying, but also not great when you’re not matching on the other side.

  • We did this fir PE yesterday and I was like “Oh that was not real bad.”…then wake up and can barely move today. Lol! We love your workouts so much!

  • This is the best Kettlebell workout video I’ve ever come across. Awesome video to follow along with. I’m with everyone else here who thinks this is great and would love more of these. If you make more with a different account/channel please let us all know.

  • Ryhan has awesome workouts and I will say that it does work! I did mine for 12 months straight and worked out at home 30 mins a day 5 days a week! amazing results:-) Highly recommend!!

  • Bro plz make series for beginner kick boxing and mma workout…

    Intermediate series
    Advanced series

And mention to follow this series how much time

  • One thing I noticed. On the first set of lunges you press right arm and right leg back. The rest you do the opposite (left arm press right leg back). Which way should we do it or does it not matter?

  • I really wasn’t feeling up to working out today but thank God I came across this new kettlebell video it’s awesome, short and effective. You two are amazing and thank you coach for your motivational comments and big smiles right throughout ❤️

  • I’m far from a KB expert (though I’ve been training with it for 10 years) but I know enough to say that their technique is just bad. Of course it makesyou sweat a lot, and as long as you don’t use real weight you shouldn’t get hurt too badly. All of their KBs looked like Kids’ size

  • Brilliant workout. The video was really well edited, easy to follow for a novice like me. Thankyou very much, please do more in the same format. Subscribed!!!

  • Nice. I’ve been doing your previous video for a few months and the results are very much visible. I’m going to alternate between that and this one from now on.

  • Hi Hasfit Family! I’ve always wondered about this but is it best to workout before eating breakfast early in the day? I have gotten mixed opinions. Some people told me to eat something and workout a little after. What is your opinion?

  • Great for a change. I only have one kettlebell and it’s 8kg so a little challenging for the lunges but otherwise a good weight. Added kettlebell to sit ups to make them more challenging. Definitely a good one for toning if you’re near your weight goal!

  • first shoulder press you held weight in right hand with right leg back. Second time you help weight in left arm with again right leg back. Just saying.

  • Morning, Daniel. Thank you for your kettlebell workouts. They’re amazing to do. I was scared of kettlebells at first. But when you demonstrated the process, I found it so much easier and actually fun to use at the gym. Thank you again. I’ll be looking out for more kettlebell workout videos…:)

  • HI Daniel, I am a 55 year old woman ( but I LOVE to work out) I use my husbands youtube account. Anyway, I recently took up kettle bell during lockdown and I am so glad that you have so many awesome works with the kettle bell!! Thxs

  • Been really enjoying doing your routines, just one request, i would like to see the workout routine in the video description. Thanks

  • OMG! My legs are burning. Can’t even say a word righ now … I use to switch between your kettlbell workouts every morning, but this one killed me… in a good way. Amy, I can only say to your credit that you realy know how to motivate even if it’s hard and burn. Thank you Amy❤

  • Love your videos! I’m an aerialist and use them to warm up before stretching and conditioning:) keep it up, your videos are so easy to follow and fun the second half definitely made me sweat

  • At first I thought, this video might be to amateur like but oh my god, after this I was dead:D Its a very good video, please continue!

  • Everytime I get to the end of the workout I say ” F you Mande” cause im wrecked. After 2 months of doing this 3 times a week im the fittest ive ever been. Easy to change up as well, Ill swap some of the excercises for different ones to stop it getting stale every routine, Swapping push up excercises for the boxer punch and stuff like that. its pretty awesome.

  • dude creative workout so thumbs up for that! but i’m afraid some of the “technique” you are teaching is sloppy sloppy so its fortunate that you’re doing these exercises with ‘baby’ bells.

  • Wow this workout is fantastic:) thumbs up! but I am down at 13:40… Got 8kg as ballet doing Girl without any arm muscles… who else is not reaching the end after the first try?

  • Brilliant workout, thanks Joe. Finished with your 14 min kettlebell workout. I’m now shattered & my shoulders are screaming!!!

  • Nothing short of fantastic. Excellent selection of exercises. Best out of what I have seen. On top of my list now. Thank you so much for uploading and sharing!

  • Was a good workout…till his first exercise where he doesn’t know what a swing is! Funk should have corrected him, he knows what he’s doing

  • Found your videos while looking for kettlebell workouts. Just got myself one and want to incorporate it into my hitt. You have some of the best kb hiits. Maybe you can put in the entire rest period next time so I can follow along without pausing:)

  • Did this today with a 5 min HIIT to finish 40 on 20 rest; high knees, mountain climbers , burpees (only managed 10 that’s terrible!), jumping jacks & climb the rope. Am now a total, sweaty mess but feel great. Off to walk the dog to keep the fat burn going (after a lovely smoothie for brekkie). Thanks Joe x

  • I just wanted to say I’m loving this video. Did it two weeks ago and followed the simple one. Did it again today and did the difficult one, only died at the lunges!

  • Sorry coach and Claudia not today I’m really sad my parakeet Sky passed away yesterday and working out will only make me sadder since every time after I finished working out I’d take a shower and he’d chirp when the water was on RIP Sky

  • Nice Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you considered Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts minus the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker after many years got cool success with it.

  • Would be a good idea to share what Kg of Kettle you are using. I’m using 16 kg and I’m realizing its a bit too much so during specific exercises I’m splitting the reps in half. Any advice otherwise?

  • Another great workout thank you! Last two rounds I changed sit-ups to planks. Really need to up my press up game good for 10, struggling after 15 (on knees).

  • OMG,i finished your workout and it was awesome plus combine my running 40 mins. Can you do some step workout also near the future:) Thank you so much!

  • I did this today, and it was f*King hard
    Great workout
