    Day1(11aug): so sweaty but i feel good! Hope to see some changes
    Day2: did other workouts instead
    Day3(13aug): felt that the lying leg circles were training my abs too haha! I like the burn!
    Day4(14aug): love this exercise! Did it after 12min fat burn cardio. The plie squats start to feel easy.
    Day5(15aug): complete

    Update: i will be moving on to other exercises. I did not take measurements but i think my legs feel stronger? Not much visible change.

  • So I’ve been doing 20min inner thigh work, 20 min arm out work, 20 min abs workout=total 1 hour a day 6 times a week for 3 months. Not gonna lie first 2 weeks were absolute torture. Result after 3 months= lost 20lbs and body is more toned. It’s still challenging but it’s not as torturous as the first month. Thanks a lot Casey!!!!!! Love your workout videos!!!

  • i’m going to write my progress here! i did her outer thigh workout and it worked really well for me so i’m doing this too

    Day 1: my thighs were shaking at some point, but i can feel the burn

    Day 2: i already see the difference! my legs were really sore from yesterday so it was 2x harder to do but i did it…
    Day 3: i don’t see much difference, but i know these things take time so i’ll keep going! my legs were still very sore, so exercise was harder today too… and shaking was still there…
    Day 4: i see a lot more difference, the soreness and shaking has lessened, but still not gone yet.
    Day 5: huuge difference… tysm <3 shaking is finally gone!
    Day 6: i don’t see much difference today, but the soreness and shaking is gone and the exercises became a lot easier!
    Day 7: i just measured my thighs and -4 cm in one week?! thank. you. <3

  • Hey your voice isn’t extra loud Casseyy.. it’s just as perfect.. you don’t have to lower it.. so in your arm isolate workout video, you definitely lowered your voice and what you are talking there isn’t audible for me. I enjoy really good working out to this video, because every time I try to listen and understand to what u are telling. I’m not native and it feels little hard to understand, so every other day I recognise some more words, while my legs are paining. It’s really fun to listen to your stories. Also they help me not pay attention to the pain. ��. But seriously, I don’t get bored ever and your isolation workout is so intense.. I haven’t been able to do this without breaks.     Day 1: [✓] My thighs were in PAIN!
    Day 2: [✓] My thighs burns so bad!
    Day 3: [✓] Again, my thighs were in pain but I can already see some result!
    Day 4: [✓] I’m still having a hard time on the first part of the exercise, yet the result is already showing!
    Day 5: [✓] Yes! It hurts but I am already used to it.
    Day 6: [✓] I’m surprised that I felt less pain than before.
    Day 7: [✓] Yay! I have done it! This was so crazy yet I feel very proud of myself.

    Final thoughts and result: My legs slimmed down and my inner thighs became more toned. I didn’t measured my inner thighs for I don’t want to get too obsess with it. I had ED, so… It is better for me not to do body measurements.

  • i’ve known her for 5/6years plus now and it’s the first time i’ve gotten my period while doing an exercise XD. gave me a shock! hahahaha. i think it’s my first time commenting but Cassey! you were with me when I was anorexic and i stopped doing your workouts (then gained back 10++ kg due to binge eating) and now i’m at a healthy state of mind and body after years. I just wanna say i’ve been trying out other workout videos and NO ONE is like you. your energy makes a 20 minute workout feel like a 12 minute one, and a 12 min one like a 2 min one!! i don’t know why but i really love your videos and u actually make me wanna workout. like you just make me smile! you make me feel so capable and strong and i’m so happy I’ve got an older sister figure here to cheer me on. much loves! <3 i owe my smiles to you:D

  • I feel soooo good after your workouts! I used to mostly weight lift and do HIIT cardio, but I always felt awful after and my muscles were so tight even after stretching. I’m a Pilates convert and can’t wait to try all your videos!

    D A Y 20: my legs actually started shacking bc I didn’t take a break!!! �� sad news I’m going to my friends house for a sleepover back to back so you know what that means I cannot update you guys or do the work out for three days!!!�������� that’s going to effect my results.

    D A Y 22: burned so much and so good. I am actually seeing results my legs r looking slimmer and there’s a THIGH GAP omggg I’ve never been so happy. DoTHOS WORKOUT 10/10 it’s great I’m seeing my friend next week let’s see if she sees a difference..�� I’m so exited

    D A Y 24: rlly burned today again! I don’t think it’s ever not going to burn����. My friend said she notices a bigger difference in the lower part of my inner thigh ������

    D A Y 25: today burned again. My whole family is coming over today so let’s see if they it ice a difference. Ohhh and my aunt came over a couple days ago and she said that I looked very tall and slim!!!!! Yaaaaa

    So guys I have not been doing it this much but, I’m in the middle of doing it and it burned. It never burned this muchhh…. I’m not going to be updating, but right before school starts I’m going to be doing an overall big ass update.

  • I started this worlout 6 days ago and I couldnt even finish 2 reps because my core uscles are very weak but I kept coming back everyday and today “the sixth day” I went through the ENTIRE workout without stopping, I was so proud of myself.   • Hey Nicole, I just wanted to reach out and say that I’m currently doing my Pilates Instructor training, and I find your videos to be sooo helpful and well put together. A lot of YouTube-pilates can lose integrity and end up being just an ab or thigh workout, with the insrtuctor throwing in words like “tabletop” and “t zone” and not much else. Anyway just wanted to say thanks and to keep going!!

  • I just did this workout and it’s great! But, I always have issues with floor ab work affecting my lower spine. My spine sticks out a little bit and my back isn’t flush with the floor and the constant pressure causes pain on my spine after awhile. Recommendations for modifications would be appreciated.

  • love the workout but not the music. please get rid of this. also there should be some variation for people with lower back pain when doing the ab exercises with both legs down. for this you can instruct people to take one leg at a time to help protect their back and avoid injury.

  • You’re absolutely phenomenal at this. I’ve taken classes and viewed Pilates workouts that irked me, not because of the exercises, but because the teachers were often a bit condescending. You bring yourself down to the viewer’s level, and that really is admirable as well as comforting.
