  • At the end of butterfly bridge pulse, Casey said, “hold it there”… And I was like, “NOOO…I ain’t Gonna hold it for any longerrr” huhuhu… thankyou for this amazing soreness feelinggg caseyyyy

  • So hellish but i got through it, thanks Cassey!

Day1(11aug): so sweaty but i feel good! Hope to see some changes
    Day2: did other workouts instead
Day3(13aug): felt that the lying leg circles were training my abs too haha! I like the burn!
Day4(14aug): love this exercise! Did it after 12min fat burn cardio. The plie squats start to feel easy.
    Day5(15aug): complete

Update: i will be moving on to other exercises. I did not take measurements but i think my legs feel stronger? Not much visible change.

  • Great motivation, enthusiasm, and effort!!! Did a thigh workout before this one, which made the beginning extra super fun! This will surely aid me in my push-up challenges!! Thank you!

  • So I’ve been doing 20min inner thigh work, 20 min arm out work, 20 min abs workout=total 1 hour a day 6 times a week for 3 months. Not gonna lie first 2 weeks were absolute torture. Result after 3 months= lost 20lbs and body is more toned. It’s still challenging but it’s not as torturous as the first month. Thanks a lot Casey!!!!!! Love your workout videos!!!

  • I swear only you can get me through a 20 minutes workout without giving up. I’ve tried other workouts but no one keeps me going like you do! Off to a check off the thigh workout of hours! Thank you so much, Cassey! Much love ❤️

  • i’m going to write my progress here! i did her outer thigh workout and it worked really well for me so i’m doing this too

Day 1: my thighs were shaking at some point, but i can feel the burn

Day 2: i already see the difference! my legs were really sore from yesterday so it was 2x harder to do but i did it…
Day 3: i don’t see much difference, but i know these things take time so i’ll keep going! my legs were still very sore, so exercise was harder today too… and shaking was still there…
Day 4: i see a lot more difference, the soreness and shaking has lessened, but still not gone yet.
Day 5: huuge difference… tysm <3 shaking is finally gone!
Day 6: i don’t see much difference today, but the soreness and shaking is gone and the exercises became a lot easier!
Day 7: i just measured my thighs and -4 cm in one week?! thank. you. <3

  • Cassey, I’m such a fan of your work outs. Thank you so much, I love this routine! I have been doing this everyday for my 75Hard challenge bc I’m working my legs and this routine is magic! Thank you

  • Hey your voice isn’t extra loud Casseyy.. it’s just as perfect.. you don’t have to lower it.. so in your arm isolate workout video, you definitely lowered your voice and what you are talking there isn’t audible for me. I enjoy really good working out to this video, because every time I try to listen and understand to what u are telling. I’m not native and it feels little hard to understand, so every other day I recognise some more words, while my legs are paining. It’s really fun to listen to your stories. Also they help me not pay attention to the pain. . But seriously, I don’t get bored ever and your isolation workout is so intense.. I haven’t been able to do this without breaks. You are a great instructor and role model. Have seen your posts on many social issues. U r a great human being too ❤️❤️❤️

  • Well I see that loads of people have already commented on the music, soI am not saying anything new but great workout… shame about the music… its really annoying:(

  • Cassey, thankyou for making my body always workout that I didn’t find it too hard. A month back, it wouldn’t have been an easy one…so thankyou for all the free workouts that you keep coming up with.

  • Who agree with me that. If u follow cassy workout, then other channel workouts are like it’s so easy. I feel it every time. Bcoz cassy workout are just amazing

  • I loved this video. Definitely needed 20 minutes as some are just too short and don’t exhaust the muscle we are trying to strengthen. Thank you so much! This was my first video with you and I will definitely look for more. I would love to see an under booty isolated move video.

  • Maybe I’m doing it wrong but the sideways scissors just don’t hurt my legs? My abs hurt a little from holding my legs up but my inner thighs feel fine am I somehow doing it wrong??

  • Anyone changing sides after each minute on a side because you don’t wanna lose count of how many reps you did on the other side or end up getting tired just from working on one side and not having enough strength to do the other? No? It’s just me?:”)

  • Anyone have advice for knee pain during squats and cardio? I fell in a gopher hole during a 5K several years ago and apparently I can feel it again! Don’t want to be doing any damage.

  • Is it enough to do this workout Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays? Mondays, Wednesdays and fridays I’m doing an ab workout and I also stretch my legs everyday to get better in my splits and stuff… so is That enough?

  • While the workout I was reading the comments and this help the time to go faster but I’m happy that we did it you’re strong you’re capable you’re really going through a lot of pain but guys the result are amazing never stop you can do it

  • O my sweet baby Jesus!!!! Lady, you did me soooo wrong. After the first two exercises, I was tapped out. I’m going to try again tomorrow….lol

  • I have been doing your workouts throughout the whole of lockdown and tried most of them. I think this one is one of my favs! Short but to the point! Thank you, you’re great!

  • I’ll be doing this for 1 week!

Day 1: [✓] My thighs were in PAIN!
Day 2: [✓] My thighs burns so bad!
Day 3: [✓] Again, my thighs were in pain but I can already see some result!
Day 4: [✓] I’m still having a hard time on the first part of the exercise, yet the result is already showing!
Day 5: [✓] Yes! It hurts but I am already used to it.
Day 6: [✓] I’m surprised that I felt less pain than before.
Day 7: [✓] Yay! I have done it! This was so crazy yet I feel very proud of myself.

Final thoughts and result: My legs slimmed down and my inner thighs became more toned. I didn’t measured my inner thighs for I don’t want to get too obsess with it. I had ED, so… It is better for me not to do body measurements.

Good luck to everyone! I am now doing the 10 minutes inner thigh workout.

  • i’ve known her for 5/6years plus now and it’s the first time i’ve gotten my period while doing an exercise XD. gave me a shock! hahahaha. i think it’s my first time commenting but Cassey! you were with me when I was anorexic and i stopped doing your workouts (then gained back 10++ kg due to binge eating) and now i’m at a healthy state of mind and body after years. I just wanna say i’ve been trying out other workout videos and NO ONE is like you. your energy makes a 20 minute workout feel like a 12 minute one, and a 12 min one like a 2 min one!! i don’t know why but i really love your videos and u actually make me wanna workout. like you just make me smile! you make me feel so capable and strong and i’m so happy I’ve got an older sister figure here to cheer me on. much loves! <3 i owe my smiles to you:D

  • I feel soooo good after your workouts! I used to mostly weight lift and do HIIT cardio, but I always felt awful after and my muscles were so tight even after stretching. I’m a Pilates convert and can’t wait to try all your videos!

  • This is for beginners? Sheesh…between all the breaks I would need to take between each move, this workout would take me two hours!! XD

  • These exercises don’t result in “bulking up “of muscles likeweighttraining. So I think,I am not required to increase my protein to extremely high level.Correct me if I am wrong.

  • Ohmigosh, I love doing Pilates but the gyms are closed and I try to do them at home but my Shiba Inu opens programs on my computer when I want to do Pilates!

  • I really want someone to give me some strength words so I can do it with more confidentsMy father always dissing me because I gain weight so much

  • To the people doing this please make sure to do stretching and warm ups first before doing pilates. It can give you better results and less cramps.

  • I don’t feel tired abs during the last exercise, although that seems to be one of the points of the exercise. Is it possible that i’m doing something wrong?

  • are my hips supposed to be hurting with those tiny circles?? lol Every time a workout has me go to that side plank thing I never know if I’m doing it right.

  • The more I watch Im amazed at youre talent. Not sure what a positive vibe person is? Continue youre love for Pilates & Dance. I can see youre Magic & Artistic talents mixed with some Ballerina & Dance moves. Express youreself with youre gifts. Again first time I saw youre video I was on youtube looking to fix a washing machine. When you love a hobby or pilates or dance you cant keep it to youreself and you never get tired of it.

  • Kait, altho you uploaded this video 3 yrs ago, I’ve just now come across it. Here is how/why: I’m 63, and altho I’ve always been physically active (as a single mom, I raised 3 sons and one daughter, while working fulltime), I’ve recently realized that it’s been years since I did actual exercises! Yours are wonderful… and actually do-able! Lol. Thx so much!

  • Am I the only one who, because of how painful/difficult this was, got annoyed with her kind, cheerfulness

No? Just me? Ok gotta work on anger mgmt then:(

  • Am I the only teen who feels shy when someone sees me exercise? I mean I can’t hide cause our house is so small you can see what everyone’s doing.

    How do I exercise then?

  • Hi please any one help me know that.. Will this affect fertilization..
Am the one trying to conceive will this affect me from being pregnant
Please clarify this anyone it will be helpful for me

  • Why say this is for beginners? It’s so disheartening as a beginner to barely be able to do even half of the exercises. Couldn’t feel like more of a slug.

  • I am laying down, on my bed, while watching this video, as i envisioned a perfect sculpted body. Representing all my lazy ppl, woohoo!!

  • Me and the wife both really enjoyed this one, it have a nice flow to it, we are yoga people but with this lock down we have been doing lots of different classes. We would recommend this one, thank you.

  • I have very active fibromyalgia and I’ve been having a hard time finding a decent workout plan while in lockdown to substitute swimming and this really did it for me. Its hard to find something that’s gentle on the body while also giving it enough of a workout. Thanks a lot

  • I just lose it when it comes to plank cause i don’t have much muscle there… I do this not to lose my weight but because my body feels very exhausted as i sleep a lot lately… Hope can do this for a month or at least 2 weeks

    Weight: 44kg
    Height: 150cm

Day1: cannot do plank at all… I really cannot make my legs straight like her when she ask to point legs lo the sky
Day2: can do plank with right leg only… Feel burn a lot after teeny tiny when i need to bend my leg after that
Day3: Finally i can do plankkkkk. Last night my core feel a bit sore but i still can bear and do it todayy
    Day4: just nice
Day5:❌ i need to submit my work, I busy
Day6: i try new pilates workout that is more challenging byebyee

*for those who really new to pilates, u should try this first

  • When I tried the leg up planks it put a lot of pressure on my opposite knee; does anyone know how to fix this or why it’s happening?
    Great video by the way!

  • I understand that a lot of people are smaller… I would buy your merchandise but can’t…. This is a little upsetting seeing as you help with weight loss… I’m not here to shame. you are doing amazing work and I love watching your videos. If there is anyway you could get a plus size Verity even just a couple items that would be great. Thank you for making videos they help me greatly

  • My goodness, I thought this looked ok. Did it Thursday evening with a couple of breathers. All fine. Was fine Friday, woke on Saturday and thought ‘wtf, I cant move my legs’ I’m going to keep on, but if this is beginners level God help me!

  • One of my favs when I am in a bit of a time pinch… otherwise I love your longer ones! It is crazy how much doing your workouts a couple of times a week for around 5 weeks now have changed my strength and physique and especially help to strengthen the deep core muscles to counteract my chronic back pain. I am an Ehlers Danlos patient and so glad your workouts work with my joints!

  • Love this video! I always come back to it when I want a whole body video that doesn’t involve cardio or jumping. The 1st few times I couldn’t make it through at all! But really working on myself, I now am so much stronger and can power through!

  • I really loved this workout thanks for giving us so much amazing content! You’ve really helped me find exercise that I enjoy and look forward to doing everyday. I especially love these full body workouts:D

  • What a wonderful session. It was challenging but doable. So often I find some Pilates classes so difficult that I can’t finish them. I finished this one!

  • Im 15 years old and i do your workout’s every morning for a while now, i absolutely love every single one of your videos! Thank you!

  • I keep coming back to this one because the 90 degree leg work out is so much easier on my back than someone of the side lifts. you have changed my life! I wish I could share my before and after pictures after just a few months! You are helping so many people during a crazy time in the world. Thank you for the gifts!

  • I’m a yogi but i like to do other exercises from time to time and i just saw your video yesterday thought i’d give it a try, much love and appreciation for this great pilates exercise, looking forward to more practices, namaste!

  • I started this worlout 6 days ago and I couldnt even finish 2 reps because my core uscles are very weak but I kept coming back everyday and today “the sixth day” I went through the ENTIRE workout without stopping, I was so proud of myself. Your workouts are amazing and challenging Thank you so much ❤️

  • I completely adore your Pilates workouts Nicole! This was the fifth I have tried so far. Even if I don’t have time for a one hour workout, I can just go for these shorter ones, they are all brilliant and effective, included with your lovely voice and instructions. I would be happy to see more advanced/intermediate Pilates workouts from you!

  • I find the video easy to follow, and the instructions very easy to understand, an excellent workout! I look forward to trying out your other workouts!

  • I need exercise for my thighs the only part of my body where I need to shed fat. Your thigh exercise hit the spot. Thank you Cassey

  • I wish people would stop saying things like “toning” and “lengthening.” Both are anotomically impossible. No shade, this is a great workout, but people should be using accurate language to describe workouts by now

  • Touch one Nicole, even my husband joined in. He send his kindest regards and says he broke into a sweat and feels superb during the English Corona lockdown.

  • Wow Nicole, you’re Amazing. So beautiful, firm, great posture, (your posture and outlook is superyou must be a model too). The workout was great too. Thank you

  • This was amazing!! You are gorgeous, I love how you explain every exercise, the way you perform each exercise is slow and controlled, you are definitely one of my favorites trainers!! ❤️

  • This is a great workout! I like the way Nicole progresses through the moves, some of which were new to me, in a smooth pattern. The session is packed full without staying in one position too long.

  • Hi I have started getting into pilates but will stick to doing only home workouts since that is what works for me since I am a stay at home mum. What woulsd be an ideal workout schedule for someone like me? As in, how many sessions per week, time per session, and should I incorporate anything else such as cardio? Thanks in advance and well done I love the sequence and format of your workouts very clear instruction I prefer voice over as you are actually working out with us instead of talking:)

  • thanks for another great work out nicole! i have a question: during different ab exercises you say to make sure that our lower back is not arched and that it stays connected with the floor. i cant never do that and it feels like i have no control over that at all. is that bad for my back?

  • Your channel is the best thing that happened to me during quarantine! This is one of my favourite workouts <3 Amazing job and thank you so much!

  • I really adire all your videos! Suuch a good combination of efficiency, moderate complexity and just a spending pleasant time with pretty girl. Good luck! Looking forward to new videos!

  • My sincere appreciation Nicole. It was a good burn that hid benind the word “20 minutes”. Amazing feeling after the workout. Keep shining the light of Pilates on us and stay safe!

  • LOVED this Nicole, I loved the challenging exercises and its also my 1st time doing pilates online.
Can you do some toning arm exercises please, I love the 20 mins workout time. Brilliant work well done

  • I tried this for something a little different after my usual workouts & I’ll definitely be back for more, this video is a really energising routine:)

  • Probably this was not the first time I tried this workout but feels like it was a lot easier now, I didn’t even find great problems with plank I also think that these 20 min full body workouts might be the perfect match if one runs short of time or wants to exercise on a daily basis. Thank you ❤

  • ¡Esta mujer es ESPECTACULAR! ✨ THIS WAS AMAZING! The legs serie was my favorite. If you’re you’re reading this before doing this workout, START NOW, YOU’LL LOVE IT!

  • Ab section, and she says, “Abs are on FIRE”, and I grunt, “DARN RIGHT they are!!!” That part always gets me. Thanks for the video! It’s great, it really is =)

  • Hey Nicole, I just wanted to reach out and say that I’m currently doing my Pilates Instructor training, and I find your videos to be sooo helpful and well put together. A lot of YouTube-pilates can lose integrity and end up being just an ab or thigh workout, with the insrtuctor throwing in words like “tabletop” and “t zone” and not much else. Anyway just wanted to say thanks and to keep going!!

  • Hi Jessica, I absolutely love your videos! Can you post any new Intermediate workouts like this one? It is perfect for those of us working to get to a more advanced level:-)

  • I just did this workout and it’s great! But, I always have issues with floor ab work affecting my lower spine. My spine sticks out a little bit and my back isn’t flush with the floor and the constant pressure causes pain on my spine after awhile. Recommendations for modifications would be appreciated.

  • My second workout with you, You didn’t disappoint! Lockdown extended for another 3 weeks…this is just what I needed to recentre. I’m in!

  • I have been doing a lot of your workouts during this lovely COVID isolation and I will definitely continue them when I go back to the gym. Even though these videos are short they are super effective!! Thank you!!

  • I’ve never seen so many dudes get butthurt about a woman using the term “ladies”. Just ignore it. It’s not hard, cry a freaking river why don’t you?

  • love the workout but not the music. please get rid of this. also there should be some variation for people with lower back pain when doing the ab exercises with both legs down. for this you can instruct people to take one leg at a time to help protect their back and avoid injury.

  • how many times a day do you hear someone say ‘hey guys’ and it’s not a problem? Get over it. Ladies, guys, who cares, just focus on keeping your abs activated.

  • As an instructor and trainer, constantly trying to fight the traditional idea that pilates is for ladies only. UGGGHHH Pls stop saying “Ladies”. Men need this as much/more than we women. Thx!!!!!

  • In just a day of finding your channel, I’ve honestly become such a fan, your workouts are so energising and I feel so much better after doing them.

  • Hey Nicole, great workout. I’ve just returned from NYC working as a PT/gym coach. Now working in Sydney as one on one PT as well as some group training as restrictions relax. Would love to tee up some sort of collab if you ever need a partner for videos. I have ropes, dumbbells, wall balls, all that! Thanks, Tom

  • My yoga body has been injured i lost muscle groups and i dont get motivated to do pilates i need a solution otherwise i accuse intention of my murder by yoga and fitness community as well

  • I did the video to loosen up, feels a bit weird when she says ladies since I’m a guy however I understand the video is ment for women

  • hi i think this was a challenging yet good workout my only complaint would be that it is not only ladies that do this as my dad does it with and felt a bit left out as he did not get a shout out x thanks x

  • Loved the workout! I feel great, could you maybe do a pilates routine that is focused more on the booty? Would love to make it part of my routine

  • i have been recovering from a knee injury and the side glute workouts go right along with my PT i am SO grateful to have found you!! I’ve done several of your videos and would love more challenging ones like this! THANK YOU! (: ♡

  • This is a great 20-minute routine for beginners and students who are new to Pilates. The gentle pacing and detailed cues make it accessible for all levels. I recommend it for people who are trying to add variety to their home yoga practice.

  • I’ve used Pilates videos in the past where on the side leg series the legs are brought to the front corner of the mat. Is there a reason you didn’t for these side leg movements?

  • Hi Jessica! Thanks so much for the workouts. You make it less intimidating than some of the others out there. I have back and neck issues and I love that your PT background allows you to address the do’s and don’ts as well as the actual physiology behind Pilates.
    I’m staying with you…:)

  • You’re absolutely phenomenal at this. I’ve taken classes and viewed Pilates workouts that irked me, not because of the exercises, but because the teachers were often a bit condescending. You bring yourself down to the viewer’s level, and that really is admirable as well as comforting.

  • This is a great change of pace, I needed it today. I usually do a lot of high impact workouts and strength training, but, this is a wonderful alternative. Will make Pilates part of my rountine.

  • I love this workout. It helps me a lot with my flexibility and toning. I have scoliosis and it’s perfect and not overbearing nor to harsh. I’ve been using this excersises for a month now and my back and flexibility feels amazing. Thanks so much. Jessica. Wish I could talk with u more about it in email. Etc.

  • I love your videos, thank you for the detailed explanation throughout each exercise I used your videos when practising for my pilates practical exam and I attained my Certification in comprehensive pilates. Thank you again

  • Thank you Jessica. I just started an early morning teaching position and this 20 minute workout and your smile helped start out my day. Thank you!
