  • I found out about that effect working in kitchens. Most of the time wearing an apron was all times, because being a deli we worked with the customers and their food. Anytime I didn’t have that apron on I didn’t feel like I was in work, and I couldn’t focus.

  • While I commend you (and others) for doing this, I would suggest other people first take it easy before immediately jumping into a 3 day fast. Maybe first do a 1 day fast to see if you can do it.
