  • This is how I play and all my friends try to get me to always try to do the ego shots and sometimes I will succumb to the pressure and make the worst shot ever. When I play my game like this and lay up I always find myself attempting for birdie and tap in for par it’s helped my game tremendously. Great video!!

  • The cat is more effective to cuddle and love it when it purrs…there’s the ability of the cat to lessen stress levels. No bias but why not include cats. Although cats and puppy’s are both cute

  • This was great, thanks, been searching for “home remedy social anxiety” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Telaavar Anxious Amanita (should be on google have a look )?

It is an awesome one of a kind guide for removing the root cause of social anxiety minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 finally got cool results with it.

  • Thank you Dr.Mattson for the informative talk.
As Muslims, one of the Islamic pillars that we must do is to fast 30 days every year; which you probably heard about and is called Ramadan.

Also, we are encouraged to fast every Monday and Thursday of each week; aka 5:2 apparently
Alcohol is surely off the table lifelong

  • Perform yoga to stretch body
Write your day to day act in a fascinating way
    Physical exercise like sports
Get out of house and go to public places
Meet new people to understand their way of living life
    Stick to fruits and veggies
    Perform cooking at home
    Cold showers

  • That’s why there is one month of fasting in Islam which called the month of Ramadan, also recommended to fast Mondays and Thursdays (optional).

  • There seems to be a chemical tie-in between low vitamin D, low serratonin and anxiety. If your D is low, then the serratonin in your brain is lowand if that is low, anxiety is high. Google it.

  • I love this video. I watch or listen to it before every round of golf I play now to remind me to play my game and always aim for Texas.

  • Just wonderful, I’ve been looking for “ways to deal with social anxiety” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Qanwen Donuke Approach (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got cool success with it.

  • its impossible to deal with right now, i spend time with friends that i thinl hate me and feel isolated, but if i avoid that situation to try to find a way to fix it i feel lonely. i have lost a part of myself and its now dead, but i cant rebuild myself in order to move on.

  • 16 /8 fasting intermittently is the one thing that helped my health more than anything else its hard for about 3 days then its great try it

  • For the first time meditation worked for me….. I’m in a bad state right now and this just confirmed that I’m depressed. But I’m hopeful that I’ll be alright

  • I start college tomorrow I’m freaking out right now, I can’t sleep all I can think about is where do I park, where is my class and will I know anyone in the class

  • I learnt many years ago the reason for our unhappiness is the stories we tell ourselves. We sit there, telling ourselves the terrible story of how he left me and how well that persons life is. We tell ourselves the story about the people who suffered 100 years ago and get upset about it, we tell ourselves how better this person and that person it etc etc We need to stop telling ourselves such stories. I try hard to live in the present and not to take myself to places that make me sad…why do that to yourself. It’s all about retraining the mind.

  • Don’t forget taking a nice, warm bath or shower. I’ve done it quite a bit when I feel stressed. Sometimes I just let the water hit me for 30 minutes lol

  • Voice to Skull Torture Part 1introduction (Close Captioning)

Voice to Skull Torture Video Testimony Part 2 -Testimony Begins (2004-2006) (Close Captioning)

Look up on Youtube and if I should ever go to jail because these voices are trying to frame you or me use this as evidence and remember thats illegal to be in your head its unconstitutional its illegal to download images into your head and it is an invasion of privacy because you cant have some one watch an comment on your most intimate moments.

  • Hi, everyone. Yes, anxiety is real. This monster can ruin life, if you allow. As former anxiety sufferer I know very well the state. Your life is transformed you think how to calm your reckless mind, how to stay at work today, what if they understood for you state, what will happen if you die even today. On the opposite, the anxiety appears in your life and show you need something to change. Not something small, something general in your life. And, if you can adjust, after time days, months even years you will look with different point of view on this punishment for the soul. And what can do many things first change your habits. Start joking, start breathing exercises, change your diet. Sometimes only if you change your diet and get the right nutrition your anxiety can disappear. I tried many nutrition, vitamins and minerals magnesium, B vitamins, 5htp, GABA, L-theanin and many others. Nothing can help. Lot of time passed until I managed to find the right nutrition. @t If you want check the link. This have all needed components inside vitamins, minerals, adaptogens, herbs. After short time I started to feel better. Also -started WHM. You can check clips of Wim Hof method in youtube. The method change my life completely. For one year and half. Yes, I still have anxiety, but I completely accepted the state. If anyone need advise for his anxiety, lets right on [email protected]@t. I will share with him my experience.

  • I’ve a ques… as u all know our brain consume20% of total energy…. so if we restrict energy intake won’t we hurting our bodyplz let me know

  • When I walk into the shopping malls I get overwhelmed by how much of food is being produced everyday. The world has been consumed by consumerism, people think the more the better. Clearly, we don’t need that much of food, fizzy drinks, chocolate, snacks, prepackaged microwave food, processed food all to satisfy your one silly tongue. The less you eat, the healthier you become. By eating less you are allowing your body and brain to function naturally. Coffee, tea, sugar, chocolate, we don’t need them at all, sugar is found naturally in fruit. Plus your brain has more ability and clarity when you eat less. For the same reason, yogis and monks eat very less. What is also important is, when you eat, eat something good, made at home, don’t buy a lot of takeout. I believe in energy transfer and it really affects who and how the food has been made. Food is our prana, why mess with your life?

  • Wow! This was for my extra credit and I am in middle school! I am researching how the endocrine system and the integumentary systems work together, and I made my own video already!

  • I feel anxious. Can’t sleep without the sleeping pills or anti anxiety drugs. And to make things worse I think I’m getting addicted to them. How can I make myself feel better and sleep better?

  • This guy talking need to fast more, so that his brain gets bolstered, because he’s struggling terribly simply to convey a coherent speech.

  • How are you supposed to not be preoccupied with self when you are in crying level physical pain such as an exceptionally bad migraine?

  • In Islam fasting is one of the pillars of the religion;and it says if you wanna health, then you should fast.We fast one month in a row every year, plus Mondays and Thursdays throughout the year, some even fast one day and eat the next one all through their life..

  • I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and adjustment disorder with depressive mood in October 2019. It was the words i needed to hear because i always wonder why overthink, feeling jumpy, nervousness and sometimes very quiet when I first meet people. • One day fast is quite easy. I tried 3 day once and it felt terrible. Horrible stomach pains, felt sick, massive increase in heart rate.

  • Me at 17. It started with low self-esteem, next social anxiety, high function anxiety, next panic attacks. I don’t know how to help yourself. I am broken. Oh I forgot about my OCD and taking pills

  • This is the best ted-talk I’ve watched:
    1. Do things even if you think it’s going to end badly:)
    2. Forgive yourself for errors you made a moment ago or years ago
    3. Have meaning in the things you do, do it for someone else do have a meaningful life

  • In the religion of Islam, Muslims are required to fast from sunrise to sunset everyday for one month every year. This command was revealed 1400 years ago to our Prophet (pbuh) from God, in our holy book, the Qur’an. It seems scientists today are just confirming the rites of Islam, one after another, all of which were revealed over 1400 years ago. If this doesn’t show that Islam is the ultimate truth, then what will? I hope you all can realise this before it’s too late. Assalaamu Alaykum (Peace be upon you) to whoever is reading this ❣️

  • I loved your speech so much! How truthful it is. It described literally my state over the past two years. It helped me a lot, if even for the moment. Thank you for sharing this with us

  • Just wowed.!!! Thank you Doctor Mattson. I’m 60 years old and I have abs, lol. I’ve been fasting, and during that time, I swim, cycle, spend an hour or two in the gym and it’s all paying off. A true lifestyle change, you’re preaching the gospel. I went in for my annual physical and my Doctor didn’t recognize me in the lobby. All of my numbers, blood pressure, cholesterol, A!C etc. are great. Sharing, and subscribed.

dang you hit a 50 degree from 130! I’m still an ameature golfer. I’m in my low teens and I only hit my 8 iron 130! Thanks for the tips too! I’ve been more concious of my surroundings of my ball, and it’s helped me save par and sometimes bogey. I’m now shooting in the high 70s and low 80s! Thanks for helping me improve!!
Also, my older brother really needs to watch this. Whenever he gets a bad shot, he gets a tantrum and OMG I can’t stand it! He really needs to watch your vids.

  • I really appreciate how this talk gave me insight into having a connection to myself and introspection without the need for religion.

    Let me explain further:

I have understood for a long time that religious institutions employ this “technique of self reflection” as a proof of god to make one feel better about oneself.

The freedom of letting go of religion gave me an overpowering sense of liberty of thought. I’ve learned over the years that that liberty left me deprived of community and a sense of belonging emotionally.

My reptilic, limbic, and cortexic parts of my brain are still fighting to strike a balance but I’m thankful that these kind of talks can bring about the same derivitive of clarity and calmness as my religious self would have been relieved to have in the past.

Thank you to the speaker and how we can use science to bring about peace of mind.

  • U made too many references but you forgot or intentionally u forgot to mention about our prophet Muhammad ( be peace upon him) who recommends to fast on Monday and Thursday. What about our Ramadan we fast 30 days at a time. Islam phobia

  • I started walking 8km-10km every morning before 9am for over 2 months now, and do 16/8 IF. Lost 10 lbs and feel AMAZING, so happy, , all my friends and families even noticed, lol and I have beautiful tan too.

  • I’m about ready to beat the ever loving crap out of someone… Can’t bleed from the hand when its a human and not a glitter bomb…

  • Motherhood is filled with anxiety. It’s hard not to project that on your children when you know how cruel the world is. Preserving innocence is my top priority. We’re not as important or unique as our parent’s teach us to believe.

  • I happened to tell this story to one of my colleagues. He is an ardent follower of popular Buddhism ( not of what Buddha truly taught) His sole reply when I was done with the story of the two monks was, ” oh! Anyway Monks cannot touch women right! It had been the teaching ever since”! And he brought in several suttas and Vinaya pitaka (teachings on discipline) to prove his point. I was just dumbfounded that even a 5year old could have got the moral of the story! To the day, I am embarrassed that I happened to tell this deep story to such narrow minded person.

  • It’s 11.40 pm right now and i haven’t got out of my bed since morning, i couldn’t concentrate on my online classes and fell asleep, my mom was yelling at me for skipping my class and sleeping all day, i feel like I’m stuck, I’m just piling everything up on my head, i feel horrible, and negative, i really need help

  • The reason for your anxiety-Whenever u are scared(you must be scared of something, and you must be wanting to come out of it ), you feel it’s controlling you and whatever you think you can’t do or will happen, you start believing it and then you start fighting the feeling cause you don’t like it obviously, but when you fight what u believe in, it just can’t happen, you can’t get eid of your anxiety this way.
    The solution-
The first thing to feel is that you don’t have to fight it, treat it as your friend who is trying to understand how your mind works(Believe that thinking like this will work, know it will). This relaxes you a bit.
Now, just analyse every thing that you believe in related to whatever negative thoughts come to you or what you are scared off in other words, and ask yourself,is it even real, what do you really think about the thing you are scared off(you will.get answers here), what could have made it what it is today(answer to that is over thinking and trying to fight what you believe, but try to find natural answers, what you think happened, the fear became big cause you made that a big issue,it is actually nothing but a thought), also if u find it is real and you can do something that makes fear go (like if you are fearful of going broke, plan for what you can do about it). Now happily do what you can if it is real, and happily do nothing if it’s unreal, you have understood it is nothing but your imagination at extreme work). You will get better. Have fun.

  • You are not the body
    You are not the mind
Recognize yourself as the witness of these two and you are home, bliss itself.

  • Powerwalking a few miles a day and yoga and meditation have saved my life. My back stops hurting from stress and my palpitations dont happen as often. News bloopers on youtube are funny too

  • Things probably food industry and pharma don’t wanna hear. They prefer:
Eat food to get chronic conditions to buy medicines.
While fasting solves it at the root cause.

  • Well spoken but I don’t fully agree.
My issue is that I have a very high sense of responsibility, especially towards others, which has given me General Anxiety Disorder. I worry abuot everything now because I’m afraid I’ll let down my parents, society or any authority figure. That I won’t rrach expectations I think they set for me.
You say it would be solved by paying more attention to others than yourself? Well, I just don’t find that true in all cases.

  • I am constantly thinking about my life. About my future. About my fears. Preparing for the worst outcomes. I feel like I am in a cage and I can’t run away from my thougts.

  • So i learned how to break 70…don’t slice wide right OB 5 times, don’t 3 put, dont skull a chip ever, don’t leave your sand shot in the sand, figure out how to rope a 2 iron 220…i kid great video.

  • I am in a very bad place right now and this brought tears to my eyes several times. I can’t hold down a job because my anxiety prevents me from doing a lot of things even though I’m a talented machinist and mechanic I often turn to either drugs, procrastination, or self hatred. This will help a lot of ppl understand what it’s like to have anxiety and what it’s like to have a disorder. I am at a 10 and am willing to do anything to get rid of this.

  • In India we have 5000 plus years of fasting tradition, it used to be simple if you want to think go to the jungle meditate stop eating work towards enlightenment

  • Like many low handicap players, I notice that his swing is exactly the same no matter the club. Also, the swing is very simple and thus repeatable. He also Has some really good eye/hand coordination, which results in great touch around the greens. Needs to work on the wedges should be closer, with his ability. Same with his longer putts. Would like to copy that swing.

  • My philosophy is to take 2 shots before your first shot, then carry the feeling with some beer until the 10th hole. Then just swing for the fences and finish with a solid 169.

  • For anyone struggling with depression/anxiety, or just someone who wants a way to calm themselves down I would really recommend looking up “wim hof guided breathing method” on YouTube (it has 10mil views so u know it’s real). It has helped me a lot with my anxiety. I would also recommend trying meditating, there are also great videos for that on YouTube. Remember that no matter how bad things are, they will get better.

  • What a beautiful speech I was able to see inside myself in meditation ‍♀️ and was able to just smile for no reason it was great x

  • Love your Channel, but it was actually a 75. I saw 2 Raking penalties, 2 club throws, and when you threw your club it landed in the sand bunker, Amazing round though! Just messing around!! I would love to play a round if you ever make it over to Atlanta!

  • I couldn’t agree more, I am more and more focusing on how I can help people around me with sometimes no more than a present listening and compassion and it is real fullfilement. Imagin if everyone was not thinking about him or her self but how to help others. Because helping others is ultimately helping yourself.

  • I use the putter from off the green regularly. With just a hair of practice it gives better results statistically, at least for me. Your putter is not completely flat, it may have up to an 8-9 degree loft….if positioned correctly in your stance you can jump right over the fuzz.

  • I wanted to say I heard her say “do it badly and then improve” it just made me think about how I first burnt my toast but now I cook it perfectly

  • She lost me at ‘you arrive to the party’… Everything that comes after would be me still in my head replayed over and over again within the first night after I learn about this ‘party’…

  • had an anxiety attack at walmart today lol good thing i was able to hide it:)

you are not alone in this! this may just seem like an ordinary comment, but i am a real person. i am living and breathing. you arent alone! i love you and stay strong! u are doing so well:) ❤️

  • Thanks. Changing your attitude however only goes so far, and only wealthy people like you have this luxury. The root cause for stress and anxiety is money, the bare need to work to gain money for survival. It’s impossible to simply let go of this. If you do not have a certain amount of security (money) in life, then you are guaranteed slavery, stress, anxiety and unhappiness. Look at the world. Even monks only can live in their peaceful state because each day they go begging and people donate food

  • For my anxious personality her non-anxiety temper makes me crush on her…. I got the clue) i got the message) the more frivolous girl i get the less i’m anxious 😉 never mind that joke, obviously we have to work with our minds to make peace and calm within us…. Formerly humankind did not consider the mind issues as they were engaged with nutrition and survival. And now they do…. impulsive brain just isn’t able to cope with those instincts ^)

  • Although I like your way of playing the game and enjoy the videos (I am a 5 HC), your length with your clubs makes it so much easier for you to follow this strategy as compared to the vast majority of golfers who play normal men’s white tees. I use a lot of your strategies but I am longer than most with my driver and irons but a little shorter than you (e.g. I can hit a lot of 3-woods, 2-irons etc. where average golfers would have to hit driver to have a chance at a GIR). A friend of mine struggles using these strategies because he has to hit driver on every par 4 and 5 (unless the hole is 350 yards or less). I am sure most other average golfers are in a similar position. I would love for you to do a video making yourself “short” by playing two clubs less than you would otherwise play from YOUR normal tees. For example, on a driver hole, you would be limited to a 3-iron (or equivalent hybrid). Where you would hit a 2-iron you would be limited to a 4-iron. Inside 100 yards you play normal. Short par 3s are normal and any par 3s greater than 180 yards you have to use the “short” rules. I would be interested to see your results with you “modeling” what the average golfer has to deal with due to lack of length. It would be interesting to hear your commentary afterwards explaining how your strategy was affected or modified on a given hole compared to the way you might otherwise play it if you were not “shorting” yourself. Keep the videos coming “Playa”

  • Golf Sidekick, you’re awesome, and you’ve got a great mental map of how to play a round and it leads to some great scores! However, listening to your voiceovers and then watching your body language on the course, it’s like it’s two different people. Your pre-plan for the round and voiceover make you seem like an ancient golf guru, but watching you hit the shots and react, it looks like a 5 year old child (throwing clubs, hands on hips, expletives, etc.). If you want to take your game to the next level, channel that wise old ancient golf guru within you, and display that physically on the course.

  • Meri Muscle bohot tight ho rahi hain.hand shoulder bohot tight ho rahi hain relax nhi kar parahi hu..smile bhi pehele jaysa nhi karti..ekdom chor diya.stress forehead par reheti hain. Aur back pain vi din k din increase ho rahi hain.plz help..

  • I’d be stress free if I could hit drivers around 280 and long clubs well over 200 too! I used to, but can’t anymore. So on many courses, my stress is not having a club go far enough. I’m still straight, and my short game saves me, but distance… I’m 5’5″, ex-pro.. but after ankle surgery and a replacement elbow, I can’t do it anymore.

  • Harry Vardon said always play with what you bring that day. Matt, you obviously brought your fade with you today( not so much on the other vid I saw) and you played with it to the max. Reckon he’d have been impressed.

  • Yeah I’ve been extremely stressed out lately, and I’ve also been eating A LOTTTTTdang even more stress cause I should be watching my weight and UGHHHH

  • Indeed I feel less tired when I start my day fasting. It still sounds a bit worrying to.go fir the whole fasting for whatever unknown consequences but talks like this one keeps me wanting to know more.

  • I have anxiety, depression, OCD and a serious learning disability. I was in special ed in school. I’m not like everyone else. I tried college 3 times and it didn’t work out for me. I am who I am and I can’t change that. I learn to cope with it in my own way.

  • I love those birds that say “oh wow” when you play golf. Although I could see how someone could get frustrated, and throw a club at them. Lols

  • Fasting works! Alternate day fasting is one of the easiest regimes with keto guaranteed. It’s great to have a body. Not so much fun when the body has you.

  • I always pull up this video at difficult times to understand that I am not alone with this.. I’ve pulled it up last winter and a while back and there wasn’t this many comments posted, a lot of uncertainty and worries during these tough times.. we need to shine light on these feelings and not stigmatize it. If anyone wants to talk I’m here just comment I’ll be notified.. don’t hesitate your not alone.

  • Simetimes i think these people don’t know how anxiety really feels, when you have a breathing trauma, can’t enhale deep and it feels like air doesn’t get in, they think that with this enhale and exhale they’re doing something.

  • Gum to relive stress but me when I’m angry or stressed instead of gum I chew my mouth
And wow pretty easy ways to relive in that minute
First go to shop and buy “sugar free” gums where ur ripped of af even though ur parents are hella strick and doesn’t let u go out by ur self
    And do yogaaaa

  • Appreciate Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried Lammywalness Erase Depression Guide (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive product for beating depression fast without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my close friend Aubrey finally got cool success with it.

  • One thing that really helped was getting a sleep study done, wearing a cpap at night increased my mood and focus. Started working out, ditched caffeine and sugar and made positive changes

  • When stress & anxiety are already established:

Please close your eyes and listen…
Appropriate relaxing music to free your mind and restore happiness..
    Listen and smile…
    Open your eyes….

    Great speech!

  • the issue is that, when i close my eyes and meditate for five or ten minutes or whatever is the time, once i open my eyes after the session, i just recall that i have no money to feed my family, this is useless, believe me guys, solve your problems and you will be okay without magic or any kind of this superstition, sorry and thank you.

  • Winner of a video, I have been researching “techniques to overcome social anxiety” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Telaavar Anxious Amanita (should be on google have a look )?

It is a great one of a kind product for removing the root cause of social anxiety minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work colleague after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

  • Fabulous video but the “badass” comment and recommendation to have sex just eliminated it from my students watching it too bad overall very good.

  • Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about “social anxiety coach” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Telaavar Anxious Amanita (should be on google have a look )?

It is a smashing exclusive guide for removing the root cause of social anxiety without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my coo-worker got great success with it.

  • i dont know if other people have experienced this, but the way my anxiety manifests has constantly evolved. In this pretty rough episode I’ve been going through in the past few months, I have pretty debilitating physical symptoms that are the main focus of the anxiety, cause I’m scared of what they are. But what I’ve learnt is that the brain is very powerful, and can do all kinds of things to you if it’s feeding off fear. If you’re experiencing something like this, definitely treat it with importance and check it out, but understand that it’s always something that will be easier if you stay calm, cause that never helps. Then if you go to a doctor to check out the symptoms, you’ll have peace of mind, and if it turns out everythings all ok then when it comes up again it’s so much easier to ignore it and not let it manifest, because you know for certain it can’t hurt you

  • I feel that I helped cope with my anxiety by building up my self esteem by starting exercise and building hobbies but I still have a long way to go I still have trouble ever holding a conversation One more thing people who meet anxious people you should try to listen to them I have had better relationships with those friends that have listened to my problems to the point where it’s as if it doesn’t exist and I can do many activities with them. Right now it may seem they’re just negative but leaving them will make their anxiety even worse, I’ll tell you now that they’ll appreciate it in the long run.

  • This week I did some little mistakes at my job ( which I admitted, apologized for and resolved) but I think because of the virus and being afraid of being fired as some firms have money problems I get more anxious because I do not feels safe and everything I do I want it to be perfect. It sucks because I know in my mind I am making a big deal out of some little things but I cannot control it…

  • brain-opening lecture with very scientific based understanding of benefit of intermittent fasting on our nervous system, appreciate the slides with technical annotations of neurons/ synapses, reference to neuro-degenerative diseases, and improved outcomes due to neurotrophic factors

  • If you are suffering from coervid er19 the best thing to do is go into your local supermarket without a mask and shout Help me Help me i have got the bug.The supermarket will empty before you could shout Jack Robinson

  • i feel that my leading skill were awful because the first time i’m leading a group of people, i feel like i’m not listening much and that i’ve become a bad leader. now that i know every ‘first time’ is most likely to be the worst part, i think i might be able to forgive myself and learn from it. yeah, i think i could move on.

  • I normally skip breakfast, and felt better. But over the years I developed auto immune diseases, so thought, maybe its because I don’t eat breakfast. So I changed to eating breakfast. Now im way sicker then I ever was. I’m just going to starve when I can. This covid lockdown has got us eating more, now im really sick!

  • Why does everyone have to recommend occult exercises which are designed to release spirit forces? Just walk run or swim, don’t pray to devils in Yoga rituals. Do your research!!!

  • Hey, thanks for these amazing videos, I do love it and love the way how u present. I just wanna ask you if u can talk a little slowly that English is my second language and It is hard for me sometimes to keep up with you. Thanks again

  • I think we should start a class action lawsuit against the music industry for the disgusting old men who sit at pianos and sweat on stage for two hours, like burton cummings. What is his problem? Omg, disgusting! Love your video.

  • U had mentioned that religion does not cover the full aspect of being stress free or does not educate on this… I’d just like to please mention that that’s not accurate. You see Islam is a complete way of life. Every single type of suffering and what to do is addressed. We are taught and showed with examples and reminded of how to deal with pain and that things will be okay. It is far more than rituals but trully a complete way of being with a healthy fresh peaceful mind. The aspect of forgiveness and letting go of the past is taught. Not to stress about the future and to trust in God. And also a very important aspect of forgiving yourself. We all make mistakes and we are constantly reminded that God loves to forgive and will forgive and keep forgiving if we r sincere.
Another aspect is that each person has their own life, set of trials and happiness and each at their own spiritual level and Islam covers all this to each individuals needs.
Using your example about the lady cross the river, in Islam it is not allpwed to touch women as i mentioned, however our actions r looked at intentions so if our intention is sincere and to help a women in need then this would be accounted for as a good deed.

Thank u for the inspiration from this video. Much appreciated.

  • LOL at “pregnant women”. Now Hank says “pregnant people”. My how things have changed. Nice to see folks evolving to be more inclusive.

  • I usually watch Crash Course videos for fun. This is the first time I’ve watched one for a class. I was so excited to see that my bio teacher had listed crash course as a source we should check out.

  • Don’t put so much importance in your feelings or on figuring or ruminating on why you feel that why. We can hardly ever trust feelings. Embrace the feeling but also embrace the feeling of letting go. For me letting go and let god. Bless y’all

  • I’ve heard that intermittent fasting is not recommended for age 70 but never heard why. Would you please tell me the reason why or is the statement was incorrect. Thank you very much for this talk.

  • This dude talks too fast for informational programming. I hate reducing the speed because then the speed is far too low. I guess that is something YouTube needs to work on to be able to adjust the speed to any speed you choose.
