  • This is my all time favorite of all the dance workouts so far!! I may be bias since I am 30 but I love these songs! The upbeat music really helps motivate me on my hard days when I don’t want to get moving and by the time I am done I’m clicking another dance workout to keep the moves going thank you!! Also special request to do an all spice girls dance video sometime in the future

It is a smashing exclusive product for improving your soccer skills minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend at very last got cool results with it.

  • As someone who struggles with being active I really appreciate these low impact standing workouts. I don’t like when instructors spend most of the class jumping, on their wrists in plank, or on their tailbone in boat. I keep coming back to your channel because I don’t have the risk of injury or discouragement and don’t have to sacrifice good form and calorie burn. Please, for people like me, keep up the excellent work!

  • Hi Matt, is it possible to do some fitness exercises to gain bigger muscles on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday? Or is that to much to ask you’re body if you combine it with you’re schedule?

I do one or two of these videos daily along with some quick 5-10 minute fat burner exercises. I really hope it will help,e lose weight as I want to go back to school feeling more confident and happy in my body. I love doing these!

  • ok i have a serious question: so i have this one favorite youtuber and she is always going on and on about how she cannot play music because youtube will copyright it. so how come this music isn’t copyrighted? is it because the girl i watch is just lazy and doesn’t give credit? i am lost can anyone clarify please

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE all of them but my favs are Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls. I love how you incorporate a warm-up, abs, thighs, cardio, arms and more… into such a short fun workout! Wish that it didn’t take a pandemic for me to discover you!

  • When they came to confront the girl she was probably thinking “okay this is cool but he just probably called me fat in front of everyone” I mean personally even myself being a girl I don’t think someone suggesting to be healthier is a fat insult.

  • I love this one so much! I’m shaking my ass by myself and i LOVE it! Please continue with these ones! <3 They have got me through lockdown <3

  • Hello there! My name is Christina. I am trying to loose 20 pounds and I have been searching YouTube for a workout that fits perfectly for me for two months now. I discovered you guys a few days ago and kept following one of your videos. I very much enjoyed this video! I think I finally found my personal trainers! Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia for this terrific workout. Also, I admire your team work! What a great couple you guys are!

  • im like david too rather play an activity/ sport than actually workout with weights etc. and don’t like working out in front of other people

  • Hi David my dad works hard every day just to keep us alive he manages my football team just so I have the right to play football with boys he looks after me through thick and thin he gives me all his last change and I’ve always wanted to give back to him could you help me in any way ☹️ I know you won’t c this though

  • Thanku so much for your amazing n awesome workout . I also recommend to my family n friends about your app. I appreciate your workout. Welldone guys pls keep it up n keep us healthy with routine healthy exercise⛹

  • 7:26 the girl in the middle-left (if you can even say that hahah) she’s without kidding 100 procent the most beautiful girl i’ve ever seen.. and the smile! wow:)

  • The fact that you’re having real fun make these exercises « easier »… My body hurts like hell, but it worked and I had a lot of fun! Thanks for making this video! <3

  • Everyone in the audience looked so awkward like they were thinking “why are these comedians trying to make me laugh during my workout ”

  • Hey david, me and my husband are big fans, have a public splash pad in Arizona that’s PACKED with kids. All I’m saying is if you brought out some huge speakers and began blasting baby shark, blew some bubbles and brought out some Disney princesses, you may be a hero, or start the largest baby riot anyone’s ever seen. Just an idea. Hope you see this, and know given the current circumstances people can’t afford to go to crazy cool places like Disney or rent bounce houses, itd just be a wonderful way to light our community during this time. Love, the Nix family

  • Kevin hart!! a legend in the making and a true honest man, i was at your performance at the o2 in London and cant wait for you to return man, love always my brother

  • Hi great workout. I am in my mid 60s and knees are bad. Your workouts are great for me cardio, abs, strength all fit well with my condition. My son knows you from high school: Sam Puri. Kudos to you!

  • I like to play as a forward/ a right winger that loves to help out the defence and track back and then going forward I look to go all out attack. This video is relevant because in many games I’ve played in the park/ in tournaments. I’m pressing so aggressively and with intensity that i lack the endurance to last for a full game. This is helpful.

  • I love how your honest and tell us we don’t need your program to get fit been watching you since I was a freshmen which was 4 years ago i just started the grind again so we’ll see where it goes congrats on your success!

  • One bottle 5hour energy drink One bottle 20 ounce Red Bull drink every single game You’ll have the best stamina ever if you are a winger or a full back You need this 4Real

  • Thanks, I really like the music. One suggestion: have an insert of what the low impact moves should be for the ones with some jumps. Us potatoes can’t keep up with jumping.

To the viewers, if there are some ads running during the video (as long as it’s not too crazy like 3 minutes WTH YOUTUBE!) just let them run. Keep your heart rate up by marching in place or jog lightly while waiting for the video to kick back in. Give some love to the content creator, amirite?

  • Former Ireland striker Andy Keogh, now playing in Australia, tells Fox Sports Usain Bolt has ‘a touch like a trampoline’. This quote had me dying. But you’re absolutely right though. Fitness overall is important but technical and tactical development is even more important because that’s what would guarantee your success in the game long term.

  • Greeting from Bali isle, Indonesia.
so far(2 month) i followed HasFit workout is big Thumb. always started-finished it.

  • Hi sir and ma’am just came across your wonderful exercise videos..amazing. i am starting to do it. Should i do this 30 minutes work out every day or 5 days a week or alternate day..kindly help. Thank you so much. God bless for your wonderful service for fitness much love

  • Love your workouts….just one suggestion;
A little too much talking. How about instructions at the beginning and occasionally during the move, but not constant talking.

  • I read someone’s comment about it making you look like a chicken and that comment was right it was actually ridiculous but we loved it so much and we’ve done three of the 15 minute workouts already and it was amazing and we will continue to do it thank you!

  • I put playback speed in 0.25, I can’t dance if nobody explains the steps in even smaller steps. Maybe someone can make a tutorial for people who need explanations for the steps, that would really help‍♀️

  • Just found you today, did this workout. Having knee and feet problems, this is a great way to get the work done without further injury. Thank you so much, I’m a new fan!

  • I’ve come back to continue my fitness routine with my husband with the help of your channel. Thank you coach! You’re both awesome to assist in everyone’s personal health goals.

  • Everything is good about the workout. Except 1 thing, that there should be takraar a break of 20 seconds between each exercise, the body becomes too strained due to continuous exercises.

  • My 69 year old friend who has a fused spine had been doing your Senior workouts regularly for a few years now and they have done her so much good. She has now converted me to Hasfit cardio workouts as I am 50 plus and still fit and flexible I do the intermediate to advanced. These workouts are great I can really feel my body has worked out after these especially my butt! I love the advice you give about alternating the weights too as well as correct posture etc. You both work so well together and give us everything we need. Thank you!

  • I am a senior, but a pretty active one. I kind of “broke” myself with a couple of horseback related injuries over the space of a few years, starting 5 years ago. I have very slowly been coming back in the last couple of years, doing exclusively yoga. Then I decided I needed more and I started with your seated workouts, then your Senior workouts and now your low impact workouts. I did this one today and had to stop for a water break between segments. I was shaking at the end. I kind of felt like a failure, until I remembered where I started. You two are the very best!

  • Thankyou so much for this amazing workout. I was actually on the lookout for some exercise for the whole body and hit upon this video only today, though I am not new to your workouts. I felt so fresh and well rejuvenated. Keep the great work going. Thanks once again from India
