Day 1:✔️ Day 2:✔️ Day 3:✔️ Day 4:This exercise started feeling too easy so I tried to do the Chloe ting 2 week ab exercise but that was extremely hard for me so I’m just going to stick with this one but for today Im just gonna count the Chloe ting exercise as my daily ab exercise >.< Day 5:✔️ Day 6:✔️ Day 7:✔️ One week Results: Okay Soo.. this workout made me feel alot stronger. I started eating healthier the first day I started this workout, I used to eat a bunch of processed food and multiple snacks through out the day. But okay so I didn’t see results. BUT! I love this workout because it’s really easy to pick up and maintain (probably because it’s for beginners). It’s waaayyy easier then Chloe tings workouts. So if you’re just starting to exercise I really recommend this one. You might not see physical change but you’ll definitely feel stronger and healthier!

Holly you are wonderful! And you speak truth! I used to work out (weights) and just eat whatever the hell I wanted, and then get frustrated with the lack of results. So as soon as I finally cleaned up my eating and I found your channel (about 2 months ago) it literally changed my life. You are the best, and your 15 min workout (indoor walking) WORKS! So glad I found you, I despise gyms and I only like walking and some light weight lifting (at home). The change in diet was the final thing that really showed that results can be achieved. Hi Holly, I just recently discovered your workouts I have bounced from diet to diet and workout to workout and now I am on one solid diet and I do your workouts every night. I suffer from hypothyroidism so it is super difficult to get to my goal weight. 2 years ago I was on a strict diet and workout plan and I dropped from 272 lbs to 195 but even keeping up my diet and workout routine the weight started piling back on I am sadly back up to 220lbs. I feel as tho there is no hope.

I truly believe that you should include a diet if you wanna see the results that you wanna have. My waist is naturally small, and when I work out I don’t focus at them at all. But my sides aren’t that curvy, and it’s because I eat what I wanna eat. Recently I started cutting out on carbs and can now feel the difference.
And you’re sooo right about the progress! I used to be flat as a pancake (my behind lol) and didn’t care about them at all. Until my bf told me he likes looking at girls’ asses. So I started working out my glutes. It’s been a year and I couldn’t be more proud of what I worked hard on.
Now I’m focusing on my waist and do your workout vids twice a week, I try my best not to be obsessed with it though. I searched up and learned that it’s always best to work out every other day.

I like the part that he stretches his legs and arms blew off but when he stretch your legs his head blew off and fell when he stretched the arms his arms blew off
I needed to hear this. don’t get on the scale everyday. after working out all week and meal prepping. last Friday I had two pieces of pizza next day 3 lbs I gained. I got frustrated because that day I burned 1k extra calories to go out with friends. 2 days later it was gone. I need to trust the process and don’t give up.

K so after seeing some comments im deciding to try this out.
Before doing this workout i actually did another ab workout which was hard at first but on the third day it wasnt that bad so I decided to come to this one to increase the difficulty. Also, generally speaking, workouts dont really work for me, I try them but nothing changes so I’m not expecting much from this one either.

They are well structured and cost money to make. Shown on the price just like healthy food. Grown Healthy foods cost money to make so people can eat. Day 1: ✅ so tired, a few moves I can’t do completely
Day 2: ✅ still can’t do a few moves completely, gotta take a few more secs in breaks
Day 3: ✅ getting better, the moving up & down with knee on the ground move is still hard for me:(

Holly you are wonderful! And you speak truth! I used to work out (weights) and just eat whatever the hell I wanted, and then get frustrated with the lack of results. So as soon as I finally cleaned up my eating and I found your channel (about 2 months ago) it literally changed my life. You are the best, and your 15 min workout (indoor walking) WORKS! So glad I found you, I despise gyms and I only like walking and some light weight lifting (at home). The change in diet was the final thing that really showed that results can be achieved. Thank you for keeping me motivated and inspired and for giving us realistic alternative workouts to the gym! ❣️

Hii.. While I do the last 12th exercise.. I feel stretch like pain at the back side of my knees.., when I take back my bent leg towards my elbow after stretching it to the ceiling.. plz reply.. I can’t complete the exercise bcoz of that sudden sprain in back of my extended knees..
Hi Holly, I just recently discovered your workouts I have bounced from diet to diet and workout to workout and now I am on one solid diet and I do your workouts every night. I suffer from hypothyroidism so it is super difficult to get to my goal weight. 2 years ago I was on a strict diet and workout plan and I dropped from 272 lbs to 195 but even keeping up my diet and workout routine the weight started piling back on I am sadly back up to 220lbs. I feel as tho there is no hope.

I truly believe that you should include a diet if you wanna see the results that you wanna have. My waist is naturally small, and when I work out I don’t focus at them at all. But my sides aren’t that curvy, and it’s because I eat what I wanna eat. Recently I started cutting out on carbs and can now feel the difference.
And you’re sooo right about the progress! I used to be flat as a pancake (my behind lol) and didn’t care about them at all. Until my bf told me he likes looking at girls’ asses. So I started working out my glutes. It’s been a year and I couldn’t be more proud of what I worked hard on.
Now I’m focusing on my waist and do your workout vids twice a week, I try my best not to be obsessed with it though. I searched up and learned that it’s always best to work out every other day.

I like the part that he stretches his legs and arms blew off but when he stretch your legs his head blew off and fell when he stretched the arms his arms blew off
I needed to hear this. don’t get on the scale everyday. after working out all week and meal prepping. last Friday I had two pieces of pizza next day 3 lbs I gained. I got frustrated because that day I burned 1k extra calories to go out with friends. 2 days later it was gone. I need to trust the process and don’t give up.

April you are amazing and very underrated! I barely see any difference when I do other exercises (Chloe ting, emi Wong, Maddison..etc) but your exercise are way more fun to do and they give a lot of difference!
Can someone please tell me that if I do this work out in a day will I get my period 2 or 3 times in a month? I am kinda confused and is these workout okay for 13 years old girls???
K so after seeing some comments im deciding to try this out.
Before doing this workout i actually did another ab workout which was hard at first but on the third day it wasnt that bad so I decided to come to this one to increase the difficulty. Also, generally speaking, workouts dont really work for me, I try them but nothing changes so I’m not expecting much from this one either.
