    Results: Okay�� Soo.. this workout made me feel alot stronger. I started eating healthier the first day I started this workout, I used to eat a bunch of processed food and multiple snacks through out the day. But okay so I didn’t see results. BUT! I love this workout because it’s really easy to pick up and maintain (probably because it’s for beginners). It’s waaayyy easier then Chloe tings workouts. So if you’re just starting to exercise I really recommend this one. You might not see physical change but you’ll definitely feel stronger and healthier!

    Update: Since I felt like this exercise wasn’t burning anymore I started doing other tougher ab exercises and I’m already seeing results after a couple of days! No hate to April, I used to do alot of her workouts and they made me really enjoy exercising!❤️
