  • Good, well choreographed workout but not enough time between reps. Some are only 5 seconds and some no seconds to get positioned into the next move

LEUKAEMIA,ECZEMA,PSORIASIS,Cytomegalovirus, and Cancer by this Man called Dr, Ekpen, and he also gave the email address of this man and advice we should contact him for any sickness that he would be of help, so i wrote to Dr. Ekpen telling him about my HERPES Virus he told me not to worry that i will be cured from this deadly disease i never believed it, well after all the procedures and remedy given to me by this man, few weeks later i started experiencing changes all over me as the Doctor assured me that i will be cured, after some time i went to my medical doctor to confirmed if i have be finally cured behold it was true, and now i’m cure totally with Dr.Ekpen medication, So friends my advise is if you have such sickness or any other at all you can email Dr,Ekpen on this email; [email protected] gmail.com or add him up on what-app +2349021966938.for assistance., for more information you can contact me through this email; [email protected] gmail.com

  • Wow! I love this workout! I did it with my dear grandmother and she enjoyed it a lot. Her mood after working out was immaculate. Thanks Joe!

  • Been doing your daily workouts and what a difference to my wellbeing.

Many thanks, Joe and this easy one is great when there is no time for a shower and one has a guilty conscience for not having done any today.

  • Rediculous! Keep learning to prevent disease! Haha haha. How about doing something positive like getting rid of inflammation in your body! Stop eating sugar!!!

  • Hey! I make my mom do these workouts and for the first time is her life she has been consistent with the workouts. So happy:) Please post more workouts for seniors because there aren’t much good ones around:) Thanks

  • Thank you so much Joe as from when this excerise went up from the lockdown I found it a focus a good way to not feel trapped as couldn’t get out for walks iam 60 I admit I have never excerised before but do love walking but I have carried on each morning now on day 104 Wow thanks so much for your channel kind regards

  • So you’re looking forward to getting old, eh? (Stress is the number one killer of brain cells. Don’t believe me! Look it up. Maybe I was lying.) Anyways, as long as you have money; age is no problem; maybe (Provided your not a victim of thievery.).. I, personally, have learned that life is a series of minuses as you grow older.. Your friends die and frankly, most people don’t want to hang around older people in “american” society. Things get harder to do: Your stamina fades. So maybe bicycling, bowling, rollerskating, tennis might not be able to be done anymore. Just ask someone with fibromyalgia how much fun life is As you age your hands lose their dexterity and “stickiness” to grab things like coins, and makes you look like an idiot at the supermarket. The “hard drive” (your brain) has a lot more information than it was young. And retrieval time takes longer, which makes you look slower or dumber. Your vocabulary is larger, and it’s harder to remember to spell all those words, and to retrieve them for a sentence, since a lot of them are closely related in definition.

  • Its really hard to do if you dont have an exercise mat. But its fine im still trying my best thanks for this nice workout maam chloe

  • I’m 30 and have the fitness level of a sloth. Other beginner work outs were too high impact. This is a great start for me and I like that he is encouraging

  • I love how emi does her voice overs she is like sis you wanted abs well than shut the f*ck up and do this sh*t you will thank me later

  • Wow! Just found this work out. Thoroughly enjoyed doing it with you Joe. I am 73 and have not been doing much at all for the last 14wks due to covid 19, apart from comfort/boredom eating.. My hips and tum thank you. I’ll be back

  • This is the first person i’ve heard talking about Alzheimer’s who made me feel hopeful. Thanks for that, Lisa! I also forgot how to spell Alzheimer’s at first, oops

  • As an obese person this helped me. I hope to build my fitness level up to be able to do your other videos. Please could you make a video for people who are obese. I struggle with my knees and can’t do certain exercises.

  • Justo andaba buscado ejercicios para mi abuela que tiene 80, ella es muy activa, le gusta caminar pero ahora con esta cuarentena no puede salir a ningún lado.

  • Thought that I should put down an update for each day I do the exercise so hopefully I can motivate myself to do it!

Day 1: WOW OK that really made me feel burn in my belly which is great! I have some trouble with reverse crunch since my bed is maybe a bit too soft and Ii did pause after every 3 exercises as I’m a pretty inactive person but hopefully I can eventually do these exercises easier without pausing the video,

  • A huge THANK YOU Joe for putting these exercises together. Partner and I do at least 20 mins each day and together with walking and gardening, make us feel so much better. Hate gyms. My balance and flexibility have definitely improved and will be carrying on with your YouTube videos.

  • Me at 22: Leaves newly bought knife in the refrigerator (to easily take off the tag) and puts a fit because another knife disappeared again. I’m afraid for myself.

  • This is not a cure for alzheimers

If I eat healthy food, will it stop beta-amyloid from triggering tau proteins in the microtubules in my head from deconstructing themselves? I mean, if healthy food = better enzymes(which it doesn’t), then why does someone get diagnosed with Alzheimer’s every 4 seconds?

All of you in the comments making bold claims should really look into why alzheimer’s happens before assuming that it is pesticides and GMO foods(which are harmless)

Edit: she actually didn’t talk much about tau so she’s cut out the real science to entitle every no-brainer to illogical ranting

  • I am so thankful my daughter sent me this video. I am 80, healthy, but need some whole body exercise besides daily walk outdoors, and this is ideal for me. It is not feasible for me going to the fitness center. Thank you Joe, you are doing a good service to all of us who have found you. Suzanne

  • Gonna update this everyday until I forget about it lol
Day 1: very hard I’m dead
Day 2: even harder because my muscles were sore from day 1
Day 3: getting easier didn’t drop my legs during ab bikes for first time
Day 4: I swear the ab bikes make me sick! But it is getting easier every day
    UPDATE: I forgot hahahahaha

  • No need Retin-A. Instead, I eat natural vitamin A instead of applying synthetic vitamin A. I get eat a lot of eggs, butter and cod liver oil.

  • Not just for seniors!
I’m not but need to get fit and it’s a whopper!!!

Today I added a bit more by doing the whole routine on my rebounder…

    Thanks Joe…good stuff!!
I too had a sweat on!!!

  • Ok so I started off as 44 on my right thigh ( I have done this before) And 42 on my left thigh My upper leg was 48 on left and 46 on upper for right (my goal is 32 for upper and 29 for lower) it will be hard but I can do it!!! And also I am starting school September 8 (I started off as 56 upper and 52 lower I did a lot of different workouts she teaches so I hope this helps

  • Great! I have been looking for something like this for my mum with Alzheimer’s. Her day care centre is closed obviously and she really needs to continue doing some exercise like she does there. Thanks:)

  • Thanks Joe! Brilliant! Simple, no fuss, straight to it, and no annoying Aussie or American accent! I finally feel I can achieve this daily! Just great!

  • As a Physiotherapist I wouldn’t consider this suitable for the average senior. If you are able to do this, you don’t need a senior program. You would also be exceptionally flexible as many young people can’t do all of these. I now research physical activity in ageing populations, and there are many more appropriate programs. I would recommend this PT reconsiders the content of his program so there is a bigger range of alternatives.

  • Thank you. Was just looking for a shorty just to get off the chair this afternoon. This was perfect. Hope you put more of these shorties out. Thank you!

  • if you’re struggling to hold your body up with your elbows, add a pillow on your back, it helps to support your body. But, in exchange for this tip, you have to remove the pillow once you can support your body without it! Remember, the more challenging it is, the more results it gives!

  • urgh my inner thighs are replete with fat. i ever lost 6kg but my thighs still the same size hixxx. i also hardly feel the inner thighs burn

  • I guess this is how the pharmaceutical industry gets their claws into another group of people with their much needed preventative medicine…now that they’ve fried the brains of the psych patients with their needless meds. Of course the research is out there plain as day for specific diet mods but sure push drugs

  • Make sure to suck in the tummy as well! maybe it’s just me haha) but ive been ‘tensing’ my abs wrong for the longest period of time so instead of bracing my abs (from all 4 sides), I was almost pushing it out. I ended up having a bulge in the midline every time I crunch up from all the bad forms I’ve been doing over the years (its called diastasis recti)
so make sure you’re bracing properly at all timesthink suck IN like a vacuum, never push out
I found the dead bug exercise really good for learning how to brace and control the core if anyone’s struggling!

  • Thanks so much for this work out. I love it! Haven’t been sick since May 2019. Just goes to show! Love your positivity. Hopefully I show it too! Love your work. Thanks Joe. I’m 50. ❤️ Croydon gal down under!

  • I’ll try this out for you guys (I’m doing it in the morning) Day 1:Ow that hurt… don’t really see a difference but we will see Day 2:The pain got easier to handle and I see a slight difference:)

  • ok i’m actually doing this because i recently had a foot operation and am not able to workout normally and my physique is falling apart:(

  • I’m starting this today. Each like is more motivation for me and will also help me find the comment.(I’m doing this with a few other workouts……also doing this eating omad)

  • I have multiple sclerosis and was so sad when my health club shut as I loved swimming there but often found the exercise classes too long for my situation. This ten minute daily workout has been life enhancing. I can manage it without feeling exhausted afterwards and know it is really helping. Can’t thank you enough Joe

  • In your community there are people who have had the procedure called ECT or electroshock. In last decade, use has greatly increased, and is used for many reasons now. Used at leading facilities to include HMO Kaiser Permanente. This is being used and promoted for dementia as one condition. Yes, the effects of “getting kicked in the head by a horse” from this makes anyone docile, apathetic, and more easily manages, but what about the poor patient?

As a result of receiving this untested FDA procedure, patients are now living with traumatic brain injury outcomes at minimum. Electrical trauma impacts all bodily systems so there are other issues in addition to the baseline of TBI. This has now been proven in the California courts in a now national device suit, yet facilities are still doing this. It impacts also our children, Veterans, and women in pregnancy.

My opinion is that providers, who are well aware of this have a duty to warn, protect, and not cause harm. There is an oppressive silence around this, as when it comes to light there will be much to account for. Those standing by silently in complicity and collusion are just as responsible. We need these providers to include nurses to step in to advocate and intercede for these vulnerable patients.

We are told in consent to expect temporary memory loss to resolve in six weeks and typical anesthesia risks. Their own research reports actual structural brain changes that result from this. They dare to take this upon themselves and harm the structures of the brain and withhold this? Electrical trauma can extend years out to include ALS and CTE. There is a great betrayal of patient trust.

Very sadly we can find little help in addressing our outcomes of repeated brain injuries that all other TBI patients have at their disposal. Doctors will not address in referrals and testing, as it will implicate peers and facilities, and risk their standings whatever that may be. My peers sometimes commit suicide as a direct result of damages, and they are isolated. We are greatly suffering and need extensive rehabilitation. Our complaints are written off as psychiatric to protect the guilty. Billion involved annually in US alone from this in cover ups for decades.

This is trauma pure and simple, not help. Creating temporary euphoria and memory loss for difficulties that led to admission result from brain injury, and is not mental health. There is a two time increase in suicide following ECT secondary to brain injury and isolation in outcomes. Please go on public social and let others know what is taking place. Others, which may include someone you care about are at great risk if they are offered this.. See ectjustice.com now owned by law firms participating in national device suit around ECT devices. 5 billion annually in US garnered from this. Much research, never mind financial reparations keep this practice and outcomes from looking less than favorable.

  • Thanks for all these comments and for sharing some of your own story. I am a 74-year-old man, I was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease 15 years ago, I always like to use my experience in a positive way to educate others. It is common knowledge that Alzheimer’s robs people of their ability to remember. Having dementia for me was lonely, isolating and scary. But when people share their stories, it can provide inspiration, hope and a welcome reminder that you are not alone. Homeocure Worldwide is natural cure medicine. The professional had earlier told me there is no cure, I asked professional to explain this to me? They said it is a miracle. All the patients I have directed to Homeocure Worldwide return with thanks. Don’t let drug companies keep you as a slave to their mediocre medications. Don’t let them tell you there’s nothing that will help you. Today I can say that I’m living life instead of surviving it. For more info, contact [email protected] gmail.com

  • Most Alzheimer’s patients who are autopsies (ergo: died of Alzheimer’s) are older…..older people who have been virtually inactive for several years before Alzheimer’s actually killed them. Heart disease? Well, yeah….of course. My Mom was a healthy, active, intelligent woman who ate well, never smoked, did not drink to excess, and who engaged her brain daily. She degenerated over 14 years until she eventually died because she could not remember how to swallow liquids. By the time of her death, she was overweight and completely inactive. I’ll bet her autopsy would have shown serious heart disease…but she certainly never had any heart issues before the disease robbed her of her ability understand how to walk.

Aprender cosas nuevas.

  • Short Summary on how to decrease your risk of Alzheimer’s disease is by preventing all the illness that put you at risk:

    1. Sleep Apnea-not sleeping. Did you know that when you sleep that is when your brain actually cleanses and washes its self by getting rid of the plaque in the brain? Brain Plaque is a toxic protein that builds up in the brain to form plaques, making it a “hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease”. “But many people have beta-amyloid buildup in the brain for years without showing severe memory loss or other symptoms of dementia.”

    2. Avoid Obesity by getting some exercise each day, even if it is for 20 minutes.

    3. Eat healthily-Improve your diet. For example, people that eat a Mediterranean style diet that emphasizes fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, unsaturated oils (olive oil) and plant sources of proteins are less likely to develop cognitive impairment and dementia.

    4. Do not partake in unhealthy habits, like smoking, alcohol, or Drug abuse.

    5. Traumatic Brain Injury-protect your head

    6. Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease

    7. Get treatment for Depression-care for your emotions

    8. Jigsaw puzzles, word puzzles, Word searches, Brain teasers are great to keep your brain active and in addition to any mentally stimulating activity like playing Checkers, Dominos, Bingo, and Scrabble. Read, take courses, try “mental gymnastics,” or math problems Experiment with things that require manual dexterity as well as mental effort, such as drawing, painting, and other crafts.learning new things.

  • I have done this workout religiously since day one. I really enjoy it and feel the benefit. A great way to start the day with Joe.

  • Thank you so much Joe you have been such a support to me during this lockdown as a senior living on my own I check in with you each morning and your kindness and perfect exercises help me start and get through the day. Nice warm feeling.

  • Our diets are quite similar I basically eat only beef, organs, and lots of salmon, eggs and butter. The only difference though is that I do eat goat yogurt almost in the daily basis. I feel that it helps with digestion and I get 40 grams of good protein there. I also don’t drink coffee.

  • Interesting talk. Think statins for cholesterol are a huge drug scam? Stay tuned for the “Alzheimer’s statin”! A greedy drug scam that will get everyone taking the drug that melts away Amyloid Plaques decades before any such plaques develop! In other words the company that gets the patent on the drug will make $multi-billions or $trillions, as almost everyone in the world starts their day with an “Alzheimer’s statin” pill in an attempt to avoid developing Alzheimer’s Disease.

  • how able yall find out want food yall putting in your mouths and bad habits and just tell people to stop eat unhealthy foods it just that simple or going smoke weed

  • I want to believe it
But my dad died from from Alzheimer’s and was diagnosed at 55 which I understand is rare and a young age.
He was very fit, very healthy, won many academic awards and learnt 4 languages… his mum died from it too.
I’m here searching for the answers as to be frank I’m petrified. I have my own family now and don’t want to leave them behind or have them look after me for so long! My mum certainly struggled and I never got to know him, only how great he was and what a total shock this disease was for someone so intelligent and healthy… ancestry I guess. Can I prevent the cycle?!

  • Fantastic Film. Thank you for your contribution to our Alzheimer’s community. http://www.memory-lane.tv Multi sensory intervention for people living with dementia.

  • Thank you am 60 year old I have been in a very black hole won’t go out the door as am so overweight and become very lazy feeling sorry for myself.
My daughter is Autistic and disabled she bless her showed me your workout as she can’t do much exercise herself so this morning we did this one we both enjoyed it even though I was so so out of breath but hopefully we can get in a routine of doing this and maybe will in time give me the confident to go out my door for a walk.

  • She really doesn’t explain what triggers formation of amyloid plaques. Research has shown that even young people in their 20’s already have it. And, that nun study? Yeah, they had plaques and tangles but were they also hypertensive, diabetic, or have heart disease e.g vascular damage? And, if 80% of all Alzheimer’s patients have cardiovascular disease, then whatever really causes that also probably causes Alzheimer’s disease. And that something is sugar. Not cholesterol. Not amyoid plaque and tangles. Read “The Case Against Suger” by Gary Taubes. It will open your eyes to the damage sugar does.

  • Make sure you show yourself some love ☺️ massage the muscles worked and their protagonist for 25-30 post work out. Massage cups are great if your hands get tired easily ( it should help with hips popping)

  • I’ve had psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for 35yrs. Been doing carnivorish for a month and a half and seeing improvement but it is summer. I live in South Dakota and psoriasis in winter here is absolute hell! I hope carnivore helps.

  • Get out of toxic mould. Alzeimers symtoms disappeared for me. These toxins are poisoning us, bad wet homes. My poor mum ended up in a damp horrible care home. Its cruel.

  • Such diseases as dementia and similar can be cured using Information Therapy, which
was developed by our team of Ukrainian researchers. No medicines at all. No side effects too. In our approach, the human is considered as a system, which consists of two subsystems: the material component and the field component. Modern medicine influences only the material component of the body suggesting various medications to the patients.

In our approach we directly affect the field component. In other words, we have a data base of thousands of information codes / signals gathered from various systems of healthy organisms in one device. We also possess the field information that going from the same systems being in ill states. First stage in our work is a diagnostic of the patient by means of measuring his/her electric potentials and wave signals. The second stage is the formulation of a corrective recipe, i.e. we choose a set of signals that harmonise the ill systems of the patient, i.e. push these systems to function in their healthy modes. The third stage is: the patient starts to receiving wellness signals (namely, wavelets with a peculiar spectral distribution), such that gradually his/her diseased systems gradually change into the state of functioning of a practically healthy organism. Finally, after a few months the patient is recovered.

  • the cure for alzheimers wont be a preventive medicine, it will be an adjusted diet. free from 90% carbs and refined sugars. because the caretakers take care of amyloid and glucose. if you keep shoving glucose into your body, the caretakers cant take care of glucose first and only later take away the amyloid.

  • Not everyone gets Alzheimer’s through. From what I understand most people will never get it. Although the number of people who do get it increase the older they get.

  • I dont necessarily believe that keeping busy and learning keeps it away. I see people that have been professors and such they have it by 75. I think they keep to busy and burn their brains out. Constant stress of staying on top of their game seems to bring it on. I think there needs to be a balance of not sitting to much and staying active.

  • I’m 54, which makes me a senior apparently! Just done this routine for the first time and feel great, if slightly breathless! I can see me doing this every day. Not time consuming, and no weights! Thank you for this routine, maybe I’ll move onto something more strenuous in a couple of weeks.

  • I was brought up that morning sun is the beat medicine for the skin and health.I don’t have problem from the sun and don’t burn. Then again I’m part Native America and I like the sun.

  • Incredible how in the USA people think that 80 years is old age. In Europe, specially in Italy, we think 95 is old age…. most people make it passed 80.
PS… this is a fabulous channel

  • Hey SBG how would you reccomend to find/source good quality animal products online/in person? I’m in Canada and I have no clue how to contact farms. Do I just show up? Is there any etiquette I need to respect? Should I just go to a butcher and ask them to reccomend me to a farmer?

  • Has anyone by chance seen improvement with their Melasma on a keto or carnivore diet?
I’ve had it for two years now
    3 days in on carnivore.

  • I am very impressed with these exercises, which do not require me to get down on the floor, and which I can do all the way through (although I did cheat, as suggested, by not trying to push myself to get to the correct positions or to go for speed). There will be plenty of time for all that later. In the meantime I can feel the exercises in my shoulders, back, quads and rib cage. Good stuff.

  • My father slept well his whole life. He naps after breakfast and lunch and sleep soundly for 8-10 hours every night. He has Alzheimer…. It’s all genetic.

  • Also there’s this little theory that it could be simply caused by insulin resistance, a.k.a. being stupid enough to believe that fats are dangerous, and instead eating only carbs over the course of the entire life, not even fasting, even though this lifestyle makes no sense from the evolutionary perspective 😉 https://youtu.be/tRPqYqa3oLA But it’s just a theory, because there are “no long term keto studies”, so it’s obviously very dangerous to “trust anecdotal evidence”. If only people realized the underlying flaws of the “current” scientific process and collectively developed some better feedback loop that doesn’t rely on biased research, maybe our families wouldn’t have to depend on luck so much.

  • I got very anxious during lockdown and my daughter and family had been using your online exercises and she recommended your seniors on you tube. Between your exercises, zoom pilates and cycling it has been the most amazing help. Thanks to you and your family for all the fun you have put into exercising.in this difficult time. Thanks Jo

  • Inherited geans are a launching pad, not a destination. Gean expressions can be turned on & off by what we emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually partake of.

  • Just found your videos and they are so informative!!! Pls keep bringing us such great content. As a natural redhead, I struggled w/ sensitive skin and sunburns all of my life. Since going carnivore 2 months ago, my sensitivity to sun has remarkably improved.. who knew?! And as with you, I’ve noticed that when I eat poultry or pork, I get super itchy thankfully, I don’t react to eggs. Please let me give you a shout out for your meat/egg muffin recipe!!! It’s awesome! And I’ve found ground grassfed beef mixed w/ liver and kidney, so I’m anxious to try the “muffins” with that I can’t stomach organs on their own but I know how nutrient dense they are so thank you for that “solution”!!!

  • Thank you my granddaughter was praising your PE lessons then when I went to have a look I saw this. You are right they make you feel better. I have been doing it now for a couple of weeks.

  • i don’t wear sunscreen. i do wear a hat and sunglasses. take off my shirt and get some UVB. 15 minutes if UV index is 10. 30 minutes if UV index is 5. etc.

  • Thanks for sharing. My 16 year old son has eczema when he was 10. Doctors don’t know what the hell, except the topical creams, Aquaphor. As you know, if you want to be a doctor yourself, “doctor google” tells you a million way to treat. I’ve learnt a lot and applied a lot. My final conclusions (by order) are histamine, MSG, gluten (wheat). Vitamin D alone did not sold the problem. I’ve found MSG, gluten first, then histamine. He has been eating almost no histamine (no way to get zero histamine) for three weeks. So far, he has no flare up, just very light pink at his neck, light browse at his elbow pit (about to transform to his arm normal skin). He is now a carnivore young man and 16:8 IF. He seems to be OK with eggs (cooked white, semi-raw yolks. raw white may cause the problem).

  • No joke, I cut out all my old skincare moisturizers, sunscreens and serums and replaced them all with plain tallow! My skin and pores have been looking so clear and healthy since I switched to using tallow. I’m saving a ton of money too, lol!

Tallow has also healed my lifelong chronic keratosis pilaris on my arms and legs. Nothing else I’ve tried has helped before

It looks like women used to use tallow in their skincare through history, so they definitely knew it works!

  • Drinking your suggested coffee recipe as I watch! Thanks! I love it!!! I’ve had my Nespresso for almost a year and couldn’t find a favorite. Now I have! Thanks to you! Also I ordered two of the Paula skincare products. Can’t wait to get them! Been doing carnivore for 2 weeks. Already feeling arthritis relief! Thanks for everything!

  • She didn’t mention that Alzheimers Disease is caused by ALUMINUM and that has been being sprayed for decades in our skies all over the world. Let’s stop pretending that scientists are looking for a cure. Start looking up at the skies and see what’s really going on. Watch the documentary Frankenskies here on YouTube

  • I know i’m late but i wanna try this. I’m gonna do this video twice a day for a week:
    Day 1: ✅
    Day 2:
    Day 3:
    Day 4:
    Day 5:
    Day 6:

  • i can relate to that sleeping pattern, for more than 10 years i couldnt go to bed before 1 AM or 2 AM, since august i started swiming 3 times per week, and im going to bed at 9.30/10 PM, waking up at 6AM, im so happy about it, i have stable energy troughout the day and i feelmore stable emotionally and mentally with this sleeping pattern, nice to hear that from you!

  • If you can get out of where you live, go for a walk. Not an amble, but at a speed and stride you’re happy with don’t exhaust yourself by overdoing it! Make your first walks to what you consider a reasonable distance (e.g. down the road and back) and then go on to further lengths. Keep yourself upright as much as you can. Any pain then or afterwards, you’ve overreached yourself (but do expect some tiredness in your legs in the beginning). More than anything else, just enjoy the experience. I’m 71, male, and walked before lockdown, but now make it something I do as a daily exercise (I don’t much concern myself with my weight, but have lost half-a-stone in the last few weeks of course, think about what you’re eating!). An hour is about as much as I’m prepared to do, either in one go or in two bits, but, hey, that’s better than sitting on my arse watching exercise vidoes barely relevant to me.

  • So awesome. Great content, concept. Just watched and liked your videos. Hope u do the same. Thanks so much and more power for your amazing channel.

  • yeah let’s not look at neurotxins and toxins being pushed on people like aluminium, mercury, glyphosate, etc…
it’s just normal stuff happening over time, right and it’s your fault, u can prevent it a bit…
bullshit, let’s start with removing the neurotoxins from food, vaccines, lightbulbs (mercury) etc.. etc…
    and then we talk again.

  • I’m sure You are pretty in that department too:)

63 years old, but Chicken fat and skin gives me pimples,

    Pig/pig-fat is fine by me.

I never ever, eat those machine-sausages anymore, they give me some weird

    fat-abscesses, deep in my flesh:(

Oh, and 5 hours in the sun can’t hurt me anymore…No sunscreen…Nothing:)
    Time 18:02

    It’s probably, just Tallow:)

  • Hey SBG, I too suffer from eczema, so I feel your struggle. Mine stretches along my entire arms, and I do see a huge improvement after cutting out carbs. You truly inspire me to give carnivore a try and get out in the sun much more!!
