  • You have a gift for making close to perfect workouts! You know how to make taking it to the limit feel so good, right to the line between not enough and too much, and you hold us there with great transitions. You must be an artist of physical expression. I applaud you! BTW, it’s not just the ladies who appreciate your talent 😉 Share on!

  • I watched it to see what I’d be getting myself into, I noped out and left your channel… but I’m stubborn so I came back and did it anyways. Thanks for kicking my ass all the time <3

  • This is the best pilates workout on youtube. I love this one so much and I’ve been doing your ab workouts for 5 plus years. More pilates please!!!! Love you

  • This was challenging but made it through. Gonna do this one again in a few weeks and see if I can go longer without a break. I can feel the burn!!

  • I hope you loved this workout! Make sure to check out my Instagram for daily motivation, FIT TIPS and bonus workouts and challenges! https://instagram.com/baileybrwn Love, Bails xx

  • Rebecca!!! Will u please do more ab workouts that are advanced and implement pilates? This workout really makes me feel the burn!!

  • Some new movements are incorporated. Thank you. I do a lot of workouts so it was not intense. However, it is a good workout to come to in order to keep the routine fresh and interesting.

  • Great workout. My abs hurt so bad, but it’s so good. And a lot of the exercises are new for me.:) I was tired of seeing the same kind.

  • I CAN FEEL THE BURN REBECCA. This was killer in the best way! I love the yoga ab workout video and this was a close second favorite! I love your channel because there’s literally something for every day! Yoga when you want to relax, kickboxing if you need to blow off some steam. LOVE AND GOOD VIBES FROM PITTSBURGH!

  • Oh gosh this really really burned. The sequence and moves flow very well together and I really loved it. Also your personality is just as bright as the Aussie sun!! Love it

  • As a mum, your videos are so good for a quick but good workout in between mum duties!
REQUEST: would love a chest workout to tone the breast muscles. Breastfeeding wasn’t kind to my boobs, So would love some good moves to help tone them back to where they should be haha xx

  • does anyone have any advice on how to keep the neck from hurting so much during these workouts? I can pretty much do the full workout as far as abs go, but the tension in my neck is what’s keeping me from really doing it well and maximizing results. thanks guys!

  • Love, love, loved this one! Thank you for all the hard work you put into this channel, Rebecca. You make working out so much fun:D

  • Hey rebbeca plz help me, in every vedio u lift ur leg straight up but I’m always not able to lift my legs straight up
Only problem I’m facing in workout plz help me

  • Hi Rebecca, I know you already have hundreds of ab workouts on your channel (and Iv done. Almost every single one lol)…but can you do a 20/30 minute abs??? Also I was wondering about nutrition tips and if you recommend snacking!…p.s I love you and your channel.

  • Rebecca please help me I have been trying so many things to lose weight but I hardly see results,I don’t know if either I’m doing it all wrong or there is something wrong with meplease help

  • Love this workout! I’ve done a lot of youtube workouts but you are by far the best, great cues, well put together routines, just amazing!

  • For anyone wondering if this really works, I’ve been doing Rebecca’s workouts for 20 days now and I’m already seeing great results:D

  • I love this quick intense workout its somehow really energising aswell as knackering. I think I’ve done it most days in lockdown now thankyou Bailey your positive vibes have made lockdown so much easier!

  • Omg Bailey you are so amazing
I had a hysterectomy last year and I was determined to get nice defined abs. This is perfect for me. I have been doing these exercises for about 6 weeks and the difference is so noticeable

  • This is the only ab video I’ve found so far that has made a difference in my body. This is what I needed! To be pushed harder and further than just a few sit ups. I LOVE THIS!!

  • I’m a swimmer, and butterfly is one of the strokes I excel at, and it works mostly your core. But I was lying on the ground, groaning, about two and a half minutes into this video. That Nutella I ate an hour ago weakened me!

  • I’ve been doing this ab workout every day this week, and this is the first day that I was able to do every exercise in this routine back to back without stopping! Love your workouts Bailey! I would love to see a standing ab focused video:)

  • Cassey/anyone who might have a PT background:

What is a good sub for planks? I recently had a shoulder injury so I’m trying to let it heal before I start planking again. I just did this workout and during the first half of planks I did dead bugs/dead bug single side extensions and then during hip dips I did SLOW russian twists and hollow hold at the very end.

    Any insight is appreciated!

  • I love your workouts, i’m 56 and use them all the time, I actually do have a 6 pack…we don’t have to give in and give up, thankyou Rebecca ❤️

  • Pretty sure I half-assed this because I’m definitely not strong enough yet! Almost done with the beginner’s calendars though so I’m happy about that

  • Day 26 of the beginners calendar is complete. This video in combination with the rest of the videos of today made it impossible to not pause this video a few times. This video really kicked my butt. Cassey, what happened to taking those beautiful leg hug breaks between some of the movements? I miss the tiny breaks. Tomorrow is the last day of active workout and I cannot wait to celebrate the finishing of the beginner’s calendar. So happy!

  • Oh wow I am so glad that Cassey understood that we truly are begginers and doesn’t do killers like this one anymore! But one day I will manage to do this whole workout at once!

  • I am new to pilates, but not to keeping fit and strong. After suffering some permanent injuries, I was recommended pilates by my doctor and I can’t get enough of it! I have found it not only really relaxing, but also fun and super effective. I’m very thin, but I feel stronger, tighter and leaner than ever. Thanks so much for an awesome video! Great work:)

  • I like how the beginners calendar is pretty light all the way until you reach the fourth week and then Cassey cranks the dial up 10x!!

  • I was almost done with the beginners calendar and I thought I was stronger but this is the last video of ab day and I could no longer lift my legs

  • This is still one of my all time face Blogilates vids! The first one I ever watched and years later it’s still a go to. Can’t beat the Daft Punk soundtrack either!

  • Hi Cassie! I just wanted to say thanks for this! It didn’t even feel like it was doing much at the time, but I can really feel it today. Feels like my lower abs are shredded! I also included the hundred and that one where you imagine a zombie is pulling you back (can’t remember the name) anyway, thanks again!:)

  • I honestly don’t get it but the more intense an absolute workout is I find I rarely struggle and it comes easy for me and I never feel it in my abs all it does is relax me is something wrong with me

  • Gonna do this for a week! I’ll be updating everyday then switch to every week ✨ ————————————————————————————————— Waist: 29 inches Goal: To lose lower belly fat and hopefully get some abs! Diet: Pretty much the same. Replacing bad carbs with fruits and veggies. Less sugary stuff and more water! ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— -Day one: This was hard!:0 I felt like giving up but Cassey’s positivity helped A LOT:) I def felt the burn in this one. I’ve eaten pretty clean and drank lots of water. Went on a thirty minute walk too. No results yet but excited to see them soon! -Day two: Pretty much the same. Still superrrr hard but it feels SO good after. Worked out with a friend too (virtually ofc ) She also found it hard haha. I was a bit sore today but pushed through. Ate clean and had a yummy homemade chocolate protein shake:) Drank lots of water again! No results yet but feeling great ✨
-Day three: Still hurts like heck! But so worth it! I feel stronger this round, and so happy!! My lower stomach is just a little bit smaller, not a lot, but I can see a tiny difference already!! Yay!:D Ate clean and drank lots of water again. I’m not as sore, which is good. Feeling great! I’m gonna continue!
-Day four: Getting wayyy easier! I’m feeling stronger and happier with myself:) My lower abs are getting tinier and I’m starting to see a faint line down my stomach. So it must be working!! Ate pretty clean but had a little chocolate.. hehe But it was dark chocolate, so a bit healthier I guess! Drank lots of water. Feeling great
-Day five: Feeling awesome! My lower belly is reducing in size! I have a more defined stomach!! I’m sooo happy with the results!:D I drank lots of water, and ate clean. My waist is also now 28.5 inches now! YAY! I have 2 more days.. feeling confident about them!!
Day six: I am feeling awesome! Today for some reason was a bit harder, but I made it through!:) Not much changed from yesterday but my lower belly is still reducing in size! I ate clean again and drank lots of water. I did have a cupcake though due to a party. Went on a quick 10 minute run with my sis too! Excited for the final results!!
-Day seven: FINAL DAY!! ✨ Today was better then yesterday, less hard but still burning! I’ll update my final results tomorrow btw. I ate clean and had lots of water today. Went for a quick 10 minute walk with my fam again. I feel so good for completing this challenge. I’ll come back soon to update the final results!
    ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
Ok so… the results are amazing!! I’m absolutely in love with this workout My stomach is way more defined and my lower belly pooch is almost gone! I’m feeling stronger and happier with myself! My waist is a tiny bit smaller (pretty much the same from yesterday).. but my stomach definitely toned up. It was hard but sooo worth it in the end. If you are considering doing this workout, DO IT! You will not regret! Thank you so much Cassey for helping me. ✨ P.S. If you want me to update more, I gladly will!:)

  • Hey guys, The best fat loss that I have ever had was with Marks magic method (i found it on google) Without a doubt the most incredible diet that I have ever tried.

  • Good video, but please reduce music volume!!
Can’t hear clearly what you are saying!
Music style should be smooth & subtle.  Not jumpy and fast.
    Thanks

  • Using this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) helped me get 6 pack abs. If you are fit then you can get six pack abs utilizing some special techniques in this guide. Which will give you great look and from that look you may get some self-confidence. Apart from this there is no relation between six-pack abs and your over-all physical and mental well-being.

  • I love your ab workouts!! Even after one week of doing one of your ab sessions every day, I feel stronger in my core! Thank you so much, you’re awesome!

  • I was hysterically crying this entire video because I don’t feel ready for this video but it is in the calendar so I had no choice. My hip kept popping making me feel very uncomfortable and in pain so I stopped. And the candle sticks confuse my so much and hurt my inner thigh so much. I am no ready for the next level at all.

  • Damn! I’ve been working out with Cassey since more 7 years but this abs workout kicked my ass.
I think i injured my lower back because i may have overworked on the candlestick dipper. If any of you have been through a similar injury, please give advice on how i can heal it!
    Thank you!
    Love & Light

  • This was SO TOUGH but I love myself a good challenge! I am going to do this for 5 days and see how my core strength improves!

Day 1: had to stop several times but I am so proud of myself for not having to stop at all at the plank section and finishing it!
Day 2: I also did a 15 mins cardio session before this so I was already dead when I got to this work out but I still pushed through it XD Ofc had to take some mini breaks again but I finished it! And my muscles were literally trembling by the end of it haha
Day 3: still tough but I can feel I am getting stronger! In day 1 I couldn’t hold the balanced plank for more than 2 seconds but today I hold it as long as Cassey did!
Day 4: Was quite sore today, especially my obliques, but I finished it!
Day 5: Wasn’t really in the mood to work out today but I forced myself to do it anyway! This was the last day and honestlty I can’t wait to give my abs a break for a couple of days now haha. Anyway, I can definetely tell my abs are more strong now than in day 1! I can pretty much do all the exercises now while day 1 was depressing haha

I did not measure or weight myself cause I don’t really care about that, I care about building strength so I can say this challenge was a success!

If anyone gets to see this comment…thanks for reading and good luck in your own fitness journey!!!!

  • Oh my Goodness, when you started talking about how you were dying inside, I laughed so hard because I was, too…and the fact that you had this huge smile all the way through made me laugh too because this was hard as all hell, but I’ll do it again.

  • my back is pressed flat against the floor and my core is tight but after awhile my hip flexors start burning. I can’t keep my legs up in the air for so long. What am i doing wrong? i didn’t have this problem when I started a few months ago. I tried bending my knees while my legs were in the air and it seemed to lessen the pain.

  • Do not do these exercises with straight legs using angles, scissors or straight up on the air if you have back problems. If you have back complaints these can do a LOT of damage as they are being done incorrectly. It’s always a concern when instructors don’t mention back issues or offer alternative stretches. These exercises are not safe. This is concerning.

  • Thank u Cassey 4 all ur amazing videos.. However I think my intestine r popping instead .. seriously going for a check up soon

  • I was so happy and proud of myself I didn´t have problem to do these exercises. Till the plank series came. I had to take a few breaks, although Cassey said not to. It makes me sad.

  • I did get a bloody toe . When I workout without shoes and do a lot of jumping, planks, etc. The skin in the sole of my toes starts to like peel off and it hurts and when I finished this wo one of the my toes was bleeding from one of the places that was peeling off

  • I’ve seen your 10 perfect morning stretches. Still haven’t tried it. Then went to see your channel and check out new videos and see this. You are amazing and very graceful. Nice to watch. Will definitely try your workouts soon. More power to you!

  • after trying so many other exercise and healthy lifestyle channels, i keep going back to your channel because you’re much more motivating and make exercise fun!

  • It was definitely challenging and I feel my abs were engaged, yet I do not feel exhausted with heavy breathing… excellent workout, Rebecca, lots of love! <3

  • thank you so much for this…this was the best pilate exercise I have done so far…waiting for more such ones….I have perspired like hell and feeling awesome….

  • no matter how much i suck in my belly button, how much i tense my abs, how perfect my form is, any variation of a plank will forever and always be much, much more taxing on my arms than my abs

  • I lovee Cassey’s energy and her channel, but I feel like my abs aren’t strong enough for these exercises yet. Are my suspicions right or should I just keep repeating till I can do them? Somebody, please help <3

  • How much weight can I loose doing this everyday and eating clean?
Ps. Today was my first day and that was not easy. I for sure felt my abs work it.

  • Just done both subscription to your 7-day Pilates camp and this powerful abs workout!!! Feeling so recharged and strong, Thanks so much as always, Jessica. Love ya!!!

  • Cassey that was great! It is now two weeks that I am doing this amazing workout and I can see the results in my ABS! Love you girl

  • Cassey? Whenever I try and do stuff like the scissors for example I always get a strange popping sensation and sound in my upper leg/hips. And it like almost hurts, idk if I just have wacky legs or what not

  • I feel bad because I can do the whole video yet the plank part i can’t hold not even for 30 sec. My arms hurt too bad. Do you have any advice what could help?

  • Lol done this two days ago was way sore but I did it along with piit thanks Cassey Ho your an amazing trainer been working out with you since I was 13 yrs old and I’ve loved every YouTube vid you put out there your workouts are affective and fun to do:)

  • Rebecca, you are the most inspiring and positive trainer I’ve come across! I’ve been doing your workouts for the last few months and am definitely seeing results!! Thank you:)

  • I can’t believe I finished that. Wow. My abs are burning. I did knee planks towards the end cuz I am a wimp. Thank you for the great video Cassie!

  • I feel like Cassie is more concerned with the looks of everything and the “aesthetic” rather than the actual workout these days…this workout was boring, repeated stuff from other videos, and it was also not even difficult. Please don’t change Cassie:(

  • Whoever is reading this YOU CAN DO THIS. If you are trying this workout and IT seems difficult keep going, keep working at it! You are beautiful and I hope you have a great rest day of your day❤️(I make videos too and I hope that this made someone smile today)

  • YOU. ARE. CRAZY. FOR. THIS. i managed to finish level 2 just 2 days ago so i thought i’d try challenge the next level:) guess who is going back to lv 2
