  • Thank you Roberta,it would be nice if the animated girl wears a full dress t-shirt and pant.If the calories run on the side it would be of great motivation

  • First time trying this workout… Its not easy at first. Almost took me 45mins to complete..

    My weight 59.4kg
    Will update after one week

    Week three update: 57.3kg
After this m gonna try to follow the video that burns 500 calories n would update there

  • I’m 4’11 and my weight is 53 kg I want to get in shape what should I do as I dont want to do squats as they might make my legs big and I dont want to grow my legs. Help plz

  • this is fake guys! i had my fitbit on to see if I actually would burn 100 calories and i only burnt 26. yes I did the whole workout and yes i did it as fast as her.:))

  • You should really download the app it’s basically the same thing in the video with your other options so it tells you how many days a week you should do it what you should eat and it’s really really easy and if you’re too tired after one exercise there’s the option increases the rest so you can go and rest longer.

  • I recently got acquainted with your channel and it is helping me a lot during this quarantine time to continue my workout at home. so thank you so much

  • All these exercises are excessively high load for someone with weight problem and knee issues. Was wondering if anyone has guide on intensity exercises but with less load on the knees

  • sooo i did this workout and burned 204 calories in total. i’m a beginner btw!! and this is a great workout and i’m sweaty as hell!!!!! so i would recommend this and if you did the extra steps then best believe you will look showered . but yeah good luck you can do this okay?!?!?! if i can you can period

  • Can you do another video similar to this but how much you burn in one minute or different exercises for muscle gain. Love your videos. ❤️

    A REMINDER OF THE DAY❤

  • In order to gain more muscle, there are only two things to consider: training and a good diet. Thankfully, we have NextLevelDiet that provides both training and diet plan. Try not to visit their website. Trust me, you can’t.

  • Great workout vid. I’m always unsure of what size clothing fits me best s or m. What size are most of your leggings you always look great….. the best shape on utube, sorry no disrespect to anyone else just my opinion folks and what is this fab music called?

  • Hey guys. I’m going to start doing this workout now. I’ve been doing Robertas 14 day challenge workout for the past 4 weeks and 5 days and I’ve decided to step up my game. I want to burn more calories and do more harder exercises. I’m going to do this exercise for a month and again switch to another Robertas exercise.

❗️Note❗️when I started doing Robertas 14 days challenge I weighted 84.5kgs to 85kgs. Now my weight is at 81.5kgs to 82kgs. I’m really happy with the results!

❗️UPDATE❗️Current weight: 80.5kgs to 81kgs. So happy with the results.

  • Quick question. I’ve recently upped my workout from 30 mins to an hour and a half. Now that my workouts are more intense should I be eating more calories than I burn? Or burn more than I eat? Note:I only eat healthy and organic so no bad food.

  • Wow this whole time I’ve been doing cardio first then my weightlifting and during that I’d always be too tired to get through my reps I’m going to try switching it up and see how that goes…learned something new

  • Ok wow i just finished my second day! I really like this workout but how does ANYONE do “up up down down”? I can maybe do three at most and then just collapse and lie there until the next exercise. Are my arms still too weak?

  • Girlfriend I need to know how you got those hips I started working out and my hip dips are gone now but now I have zero curves heeelllpppp

  • If this workout is hard. Do not be ashamed and quit, i am a 13 year old kid and I do track. This is meant to be hard, it’s even hard for me!

  • Darling, you are such an inspiration, you are my Divaaa!!!!
I decided to lose weight on the 29th of July and since then I changed my diet and started going to gym.
I can explain how proud I am of myself, I have lost 6kg and I am getting addicted to gym
Yesterday after watching your video I bought a sports watch, I want to track the calories burned as well
Hopefully, one day I will have a body similar to yours

Thank you for everything my darling!
    You’ve changed my lifeee!

  • There is 881 cals burned by this workout. The others on the watch are burned by your body naturally by basic daily activities (waking up, walking to the bathroom, breathing). That’s still a lot of calories, but it’s not 1000 in a workout.

  • Fun fact this workout doesn’t burn 300 calories. I had my Apple Watch track the workout has a HIIT workout and it tracked I only burned 188 calories.

  • Gabriella:okay let’s do the first exercise!

    Me:alright! I’m ready!

Gabriella: BURPEES! she starts doing it

Me: burpees!.. yeets myself to the sofa bcuz i just can’t do burpees
