  • I had sever anxiety a few months ago for over two years. I have since cured it just by walking and reducing my soda intake and drinking tea and taking Vitamin D. Walking is a miracle cure and I have never felt so healthy in years. In the last 2 years I have been walking and lost over 80 pounds but this summer I stopped because it was too hot outside. But now since I began walking again 3-4 times a day half hour to an hour each, things have improved big time. No more anxiety, no more pills, sleeping better, and vertigo is way better than ever. WALK it really does work!
