Walking is a miracle cure and I have never felt so healthy in years. In the last 2 years I have been walking and lost over 80 pounds but this summer I stopped because it was too hot outside. But now since I began walking again 3-4 times a day half hour to an hour each, things have improved big time. No more anxiety, no more pills, sleeping better, and vertigo is way better than ever.
